Banfield Pet Hospital

Dr. Hartman was so kind to my very scared dog. He actually spent time with us. He was amazing! His assistant, Kerri was also great. She was determined to put me and my dog at ease. I will be asking to see them for every visit. Leah checked us in and out and she was so sweet. I dreaded this appointment and I was so surprised that I actually enjoyed. I definitely recommend Dr. Hartman and his assistant Kerri.

From the moment I walked in through the door, I noticed the office was very clean and organized. The lady at the front desk was very patient and kind with me as I was a little nervous. The vet techs were very understanding and educated me with every step they took with my kitten, Riven. I'm so glad I chose Banfield! They really eased my kitten mom anxiety! 💕

Take your cats elsewhere!! I will never ever trust a Banfield location again. It is too hard for me to explain what all went wrong with my beloved kitty here, but I just want to help other pet owners avoid this business.

Dr. Frandsen and the staff are amazing! Polite, professional, and intelligent. Dr. Frandsen is honest, kind, and willing to help figure out a game plan so your pet can live their best life. My dog had limber tail, which is basically a sprained tail from wagging too much, and the smart doc knew what it was right away which made me feel better immediately. Said she would be fine and need some anti-inflammatories. 10/10 recommend. When I leave one of my pets, whether it is a dog or a cat, I know that they’re in good hands. They are all very knowledgable about pets and want the best for each one, treating them like they’re their own pet. One of my cats actually enjoys going to the vet now and loves it when the staff holds him like a baby. Miriam, one of the front desk staff, loves it when my cats come in for a checkup and I have a strong feeling she spoils them with the shrimp treats they have. I’ve also been told that Dr. Frandsen has goats and how can you not like anyone who has goats? #G.O.A.T

This is our first Time to this location, we were in need of an emergency visit for my puppy Delta having problems,we got in the same day. The place was clean and well organized. Friendly staff when greeted, even leaving the staff was still friendly. The room we was in was clean. I say that we were there for about an hour they took care of everything provide his medication and food. I do plan on coming back to this location for his next appointment. (Making it our go to for all three of our pets)That’s apparently next week for update shots, An update on his problems he had.
