Banfield Pet Hospital

unfortunately, this is the only pet spot. I have my dog registered at. Set up an appointment online this morning for 2:00 PM I get a call and then leave a message saying we have to move your appointment to 230. I called back right away and tell them 230 is fine and leave a message. They didn’t call me back at 1:30 asking me if I got my message and I said yes 230 is fine and they now say 230 is booked up and you have to move it to 4 PM! I then told them they need to call the 230 people and reschedule them and not me. The manager on duty Was no help! He then asked me are we gonna be able to do this at four or are you Not gonna be cooperative????? So they messed up they rescheduled me and now they reschedule And it’s my fault? Just horrible experience this is not the first time this has happened. They don’t have their stuff together there. When I said it’s your fault and your online system is broke. He said it’s not our fault so I don’t recommend this place at all. If you can avoid this place I would go to a private spot. I’ll probably treat you better. They need to get the system fixed to wear if they need to reschedule the email you or send you a message on your app.

I am not one to write many reviews. But I would really like to acknowledge the great work of the doctors and assistants of my doggie babies Dior and Joy. Thank you for the patience you have had with a mother (me) hahahahaha a bit complicated and super scared for the health of my little Joy. But you have lived up to my requests. Thank you.

I have had a wonderful experience at Banfield with my doggies. Dr. Bose and staff have been so kind to them and taken great care of them as well. I will miss the staff at Banfield from the front desk to the technicians. Sidney and Crosby say goodbye and hopefully we will find kind folks at a Banfield in Corpus Christi Texas. They are always very good when treating my little Zoe. Staff and drs are wonderful. My Chi had her teeth cleaned and went under. She came out of the anesthesia amazingly well for a 12 yo. I really appreciate this office at the J’ville location.

From the ladies who work the phone and call to remind me of my babies appts to the ladies at the desk who are so kind and know each of my babies names to the nurses and Drs who work at this Banfield . Esp Mia Dr Breau and her team. They are all exceptional . I recommend this Banfield to everyone I meet! Kudos to Mia she knows all of us by name and is a kind and caring person.
