First time going to Banfield, inside Pet Smart in Plymouth Meeting. Spoke with Emma to make appointment. She was super friendly and helpful! Rose helped us at the store, also very sweet and nice to myself and my dog. My dog needed to see the vet before getting his rabies vaccine. He was given a quick look over and they provided me with advice on any issues. The Veterinarian briefly spoke with me after the check up- she was nice. I would definitely consider going to Banfeild again, but might choose the main hospital. You can find a free first visit coupon online! Thank you Rose!
