It's taken me almost 2 years since the passing of my dog to be able to come back here and write about how Banfield treated her at the end. After being a loyal customer for 14 years Banfield would not see her or even have a Dr speak to me on the phone during her last days. Instead of being able to talk to a doctor that had known her over the years and that I thought we could trust we were left stranded with having to make decisions based on only input from ER docs and the counselors at Laps of Love. Banfield literally told me the only way they could make time to see her is if we were bringing her in to put her down. I asked repeatedly to speak with the doctor as we were trying to make our decision on what was best for her and was refused. After she passed we never received as much as a phone call of condolence. I switched vets for our new pup and am absolutely blown away that when he has an issue they speak to us right away and work him in if needed, this is the care my previous dog should have gotten for 14 years and certainly at the end. Don't go here for convenience or their wellness plan, they don't actually care about your pet and they lack compassion.

I take both my dog and cat here as part of their wellness plan. They’ve also spayed both of my animals and the results were great health and problem free. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a hassle trying to get someone to pickup the phone there.

My dog Max' physical health got so bad I had to do the worst thing a pet owner has to do,that is put them to sleep. The staff there were so caring it helped me so much to see my Max leave this world. I appreciate it so much. I had my dog cremated I received a beautiful cedar urn with a paw print just beautiful. God bless.

The staff here is great. I have a golden who is extremely active and they treat him so well. They’ve never made me feel like he was a bother to them. He’s my first dog so I ask a lot of questions, even some I might think are silly but they carefully explain everything to me and guide me to the right direction.
