I brought my dog in for being in pain, not able to walk or stand on her own, and seeming very depressed. The vets and staff listened to my concerns and were so sweet to my dog. They started my dog on a pain reliever, muscle relaxer, and steroid. My dog is doing much better now. She鈥檚 acting like her old self again; She鈥檚 bright-eyed, happy, and freely walking on her own again. She is about 14 years old, so I was worried this might be the end of the road for her. I am beyond happy to see her back to her old self and know I have a lot more time left to spend with her! 馃А

Mar 21, 2025 路 Vicky V. McRaeBanfield is a scam. Go to a private vet. Health plans are not transferable if you rehome the puppy or kitten. Both families are forced to pay for the same animal. Zero stars!!!
Aug 31, 2024 路 Brandi MillerI can鈥檛 say enough good things about the team here. Dr. Thompson and everyone else at this Banfield took exceptionally great care of our dog for many years. Through all the routine stuff and emergencies scattered in between, they always delivered the best possible care while taking time to talk to us, answer questions, offer advice and referrals as needed, etc. We utilized the Wellness Plan which made budgeting a breeze- it鈥檚 a wonderful service option. I trust the team here completely and would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for an outstanding vet to care for their pets. When our Daisy recently crossed the rainbow bridge, she did so at home thanks to a at-home service recommendation from Dr. Thompson. It made the most horrible day of our lives a bit easier knowing that our girl went away peacefully. Not long after that, we received a handwritten condolence card from the Banfield team. I just can鈥檛 thank them enough for everything.
