Always friendly faces and smiles. Our 4 legged baby is a tough customer and they are very patient with him and do their best to decrease his stress with his visit. Donna and Dr. Korb are especially fantastic whenever we go in for med refills, appointments or just information. We are always greeted and called by name and thanked. Our pup has been going there since we got him 8 years ago and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Edit: Banfield approved the refill without forcing another appt after they responded to this review. Thanks. Original- This place doesn't care about your dog, they just want your time and money. We scheduled an appointment in December to get a heartgard refill because our old vet had been impacted by Helene and we were running out. Banfield took advantage of the opportunity to string us along for multiple unnecessary shots and appointments supposedly to approve prescription. Each time, they've wanted to give her more shots that 'they previously forgot' and brought our dog back bloody from her shots and reactive to the tech. They have repeatedly rejected the refill after telling us it could be ordered. We've been there 3 times for a heartworm prescription that our dog has been on her entire life and Banfield is still demanding we come in so they can do another heartworm test. The same test that she tested negative on at the first appointment.

My dog is near very well,Everyone was friendly,informed,and calmed me down and the Dr. Was great! I had a very good visit and was so relieved about Rosa,my ten year old baby! Thank you kindly and happy holidays to you all! I have passed along my satisfied visit!

Here’s a story of incompetence. 1.5 years ago took my dog in for an eyelid wart. They told me they don’t do removals and recommended blue pearl in tampa if we wanted it removed. 6 months later go in for a visit for comprehensive exam and the “fill in vet” is mad at me because my dog has a wart on his eye and tells me they “absolutely do this surgery”. Fast forward two months day of surgery and they tell me (after the vet is 30 minutes late) they won’t do this surgery. This is AFTER they call me to tell me the night before about surgery instructions (no food/water 12 hours before). Avoid banfield. They try to up charge you and will always fall short of a local vet. 100% against the health of your pet and 100% for your money

Service is great but the prices are pretty costly. 2 trips cost about 6 7 hundred bucks. If you sign up for any of the plans, you will be stuck with them for however long the term is. You can't cancel it unless you pay the full amount for the term, which could be hundreds more. If you are not stacked with cash, don't bother. Find a cheaper alternative.
