I have been bringing my dogs to Banfield for their routine wellness checkups for years. All my dogs are on the wellness plan. So when I bring them in I am not surprised with a large bill. Love the wellness plan. The staff are so nice. Thanks Banfield

My furry, spoiled, unemployed, freeloader “Elektra” Really does enjoy her monthly visits to her vet who actually she trust after quite some time. I couldn’t be happier with her care from her vet, Lauren. In reality out of five stars Lauren and her team are a 20 star crew !!

Vet is horrible with my anxious dog. Choose another profession if you can’t have compassion and care for the pets. Dark brown hair middle aged woman.

3 things that I like about Banfield. 1. They take great care of my babies. 2. Doesn't matter which Banfield you go to, an office visit is always free with a wellness plan (which is a must of you have a pet!) 3. They take the time to know your name and your pets name by sight ❤️. My pups are coming to the end of their lifespans (both turning 15) and this last year has been rough for both. But with Banfield's help both have a great quality of life still! I know this will not last forever, but, thank you Banfield for helping us manage their diseases and ailments.

After being a loyal customer at Banfield Animal Hospital on 3111 111th St, Naperville, IL 60564 for over 4 years, I've noticed a decline in service quality, difficulty in scheduling appointments, and a much longer wait time since 2019 when they introduced the drop-off and pick-up system due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, this location still operates under this system five years later. Typically, I would pick up my dog after a few hours, with the longest wait being 2-3 hours. However, my recent experience was disheartening. I dropped off my dog at 9:10 am and waited for five hours without any update. Upon calling, I was informed that his file was still open. Frustrated, I canceled the wellness plan and headed to pick him up. I find it unacceptable to have any pet caged up for over 5 hours, especially for a routine 6-month comprehensive exam. Despite being told the veterinarian was in surgery, I believe this is unacceptable. Rescheduling or canceling appointments should be an option. Given this experience, I've decided not to return to this location. The prolonged wait and lack of communication have left me dissatisfied with the service, and I believe my pet deserves better care.
