I misspoke when I referred to 1st & 2nd sections of pics & which of my Babies they were. The pics are mixed in, however the 1’s of Bella, she’s more white w/ beige spots & Precious is mostly brown w/beigeish spots. The 1st section of pics are of Bella my 2nd Baby girl chihuahua to bring to Banfield the very 1st day I rescued her from Miami-Dade Animal Control, I went from picking her up straight to my Banfield in W. Pem. Pines because they (Dr James) had taken the most expertise, comforting, knowledgeable care of my 1st baby chihuahua, Precious, the 2nd set of pics( she’s the brownish 1), she grew to Love her after 2-3yrs right up to the end when My Precious died in my harms after battling a Heart condition for 2yrs. Dr James consulted with Dr C. her Cardiologist regularly. So after Precious died it took me over 8mths of Deep Depression & I finally realized I still had a lot of Love to give another chihuahua (my fav) & I rescued Bella at 10mths old, that was almost 5yrs ago & I wouldn’t Trust her with anyone else but Banfield & the Compassionate, Knowledgeable, & they actually keep me on my toes and remind me when Bella needs shots, teeth cleaning, etc. I would Highly recommend them to Family, Friends & Neighbors with Animals to go to Banfield!!

Mar 20, 2024 · Patricia FowlerI have 2 dogs and and a cat, and I can only say that this office is fantastic, great service, and Dr. Diaz a great Vet, always concern with the babies issues. And Claudia at the office is a super lady, She always helped me with the appointments and anything I need. Thank you guys!
Nov 18, 2024 · Claudia BentonNo exceptions to stop payment for deceased dog. I can’t imagine that this wouldn’t be considered in customer care for pets, knowing they are family. What an awful reminder after years of paying you for our living dog, after you give us medications and tell us to check in in 30 days casually, and he died in 2 weeks, no warning of how severe his condition was, and yet it’s still required without exception to squeeze the rest of the money you can out of us. Never again.
Oct 22, 2024 · Ashley AndersonMy experience with this facility and Dr. Diaz was deeply disappointing, ultimately contributing to the loss of my beloved Maltese. From the start, Dr. Diaz overlooked a critical diagnosis of pancreatitis in her initial assessment. Although my dog had other health issues, addressing the pancreatitis early on might have given us a few more years with her. During her final days, I brought her in, hoping fluids might help her condition. The nurse took her in but left her in a crate, unattended, for three and a half hours. When I went to check on her, I was horrified to see her left alone in such a dire state. When I asked, Dr Diaz wrote an untruthful report in my dog records mentioning that we pushed them to give her iv fluids. He added additional things that were blatantly incorrect. In desperation, I took her to Coral Springs Animal Hospital (our preferred hospital). I discovered that Dr. Diaz hadn’t even contacted them regarding her initial transfusion two weeks prior to her passing. Instead, we were directed to Advanced Veterinary Care, which provided poor service, was unable to diagnose anything, and cost us $5,000. Coral Springs diagnosed her within 12 hours with severe pancreatitis and internal bleeding, but by then, it was too late. She passed away the same day. To add to the disappointment, despite my dog being a regular patient at this facility for 5-6 years, no one reached out to offer condolences after her passing—even though we hadn’t voiced our overall dissatisfaction to them. This lack of compassion has left me feeling that this facility prioritizes profit over the well-being of the pets in their care.
Oct 29, 2024 · Mariam KushnerCompletely unorganized. Every time I have gone they either tell me my appointment was never on the schedule(after having confirmed my appointment the day before) or they forced me to change my time. And now theyre telling me they do not have the records of the last appointment i went to. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone. Id give then a negative star if i could.
