Banfield Pet Hospital

I would 109% recommend this Banfield Pet Hospital. They were very affordable, patient and caring. They took the time to answer all my concerns and took great care of my little guy.

I haven't had a chance to use this new pet hospital personally as my fur babies have passed some time ago but I wanted to give them a review as they handled a sad situation very compassionately and could have done nothing. There was a badly injured duck walking in the neighborhood and I called them in hope they could find and help the duck as much as possible. They actually did look for and bring in the duck and called me back to let me know that they were trying to help it. That has forever fermented them to me as the place to go for compassionate and caring animal care. Thank you!!

We've been going here for about five years and always have a wonderful experience with both of our pups. The staff has treated them and us with kindness and professionalism at every turn - and gone out of their way to ease this very anxious dog mom's worst fears. They go out of their way to give our dogs the best treatment even when money is a concern, and are always realistic and sensitive about any concerns. In particular though, I'd like to highlight Kit. Yesterday, I called Kit with a concern about my dog's appointment today. He was very kind and patient with me on the phone and answered all of my obsessive and anxious questions to the best of his ability. Then, this morning when my husband dropped my pup off, Kit made sure to ask him, unprompted, how I was doing/feeling about the procedure. He also made sure to pass word along to Dr. Rubin, who then called me to patiently talk through my concerns and come up with a care plan for my baby that I was comfortable with. Kit really didn't have to go out of his way to do that, but he did, and that's why we keep coming back to Banfield.

My poor little 11 year old Maltese was in a lot of pain. He has ruptured discs. I went to the PetSmart location on West Hillsborough and the vet there ( an Indian woman doctor) was absolutely amazing! He’s doing so much better now!! Thx!

I took my fur child Cody. He had an eye infection and was given a salve and a cone so he won't scratch his eye.
