We do not feel that Banfield provided the quality, compassionate care our dog deserves. When we had our dog vaccinated, he had a reaction the next day. In fairness they agreed to work him into the schedule for free, but at the appointment they only seemed to want to shift blame onto stress. Even though our dog has symptoms that couldn’t be explained by solely stress, which the vet couldn’t explain either, the focus seemed to be that he was anxious and stressed. Our dog has never had this reaction to a vaccine or the vet in general. He is always happy, friendly, and playful in every setting except for this one. When they took him to the back we could hear him growling, barking, and crying. We have never heard him growl at a person in anger before. I don’t know what they were doing but they obviously weren’t taking his feelings into account or he wouldn’t have reacted like that. They always insist on taking your pet to another room and it makes me wonder why. Our dog does not have a history of fear and anxiety after seeing the vet, but Dr. Rubin is the first vet to say otherwise. Our dog does have a history of GI upset but there is always a known root cause. We left with the blame being shifted onto us for taking him into the vet, even though we took him into the vet to help him with his discomfort. Instead we got told bringing him in stressed him out which is invalid since again our dog has no history of being anxious, stressed, and angry at a veterinarian facility. Their lack of proper care is what stressed our dog out. His actual symptoms were disregarded and instead he was compared to other dogs that did not just receive a new vaccine. After much thought and consideration we no longer feel that Banfield is the right place for our dogs health and wellbeing.

Aug 11, 2024 · Patty JonesI love this Banfield location. We have been going to Dr Rodriquez for about a decade now, his entire practice is just amazing. The whole team knows us and our pets and they take such good care of our babies. Even though this location is a little far from our home, it’s worth the drive. They have the best hours and the staff is terrific.
Jun 14, 2024 · Michael LThe entire team at the double branch location is amazing. Always helpful and professional as well as friendly.
Dec 20, 2024 · Shay Shabnam MalaniKit was incredibly helpful in getting my dogs medication. We are from out of town and he was more than happy to assist and provide us with great information. Would recommend them based on their amazing customer service alone, they really went above and beyond!!
