Banfield Pet Hospital

Dr.Brandon been taking care of our toy poodle for last 11 years. He had liver enzymes issues but Dr. Brandon figured out everything ,my poodle has been doing so well. Now we have added additional cat adopted from Saudi Arabia, Dr. Brandon found out she has Lukimia however his knowledge and experience made us very positive and our cat eating so well and gaining so much stamina and weight. Dr. Brandon is very caring and we have confidence our babies are best care under the Dr. Brandon!!!

I have had my pets on Banfield wellness plans for over 25 combined years at several locations. The McDonough location could not manage to give my dog a vaccination during a scheduled appointment when he was there for FIVE hours. During another checkup for my cat, they could not draw blood, only trimmed nails on 1 paw and only gave her a rabies vaccine. She’s a 9 lb cat. Shouldn’t the vet know how to hold a cat still??! I only gave them 1 star because the staff is polite.

I used Banfield for over ten years for my dog, Bruiser, until he passed at the age of 14, Dec 2023. I now use Banfield for my two new fur babies. Pet bills can be expensive, but with Banfield pet wellness plan I pay a monthly fee and save a ton of cash on my pets vaccines and wellness checks. I like Banfield to take care of my pets health care.

Every time I call this location I’m on hold for 4 30 to 40 minutes when someone finally answers they placed me on another hold. When I hang up and call back they declined my phone call. I’ve been trying to schedule my pet their comprehensive exam for a few days now, I’m unable to get a hold of anyone or speak to anyone. Online there’s never any appointments available to schedule that’s why I have been calling.

Been going here over 2yrs now with my 1st fur baby (Gotti 12yrs old R.I.P) 😇😇 and now my second - Capone 😁😁 Friendly knowledgeable Staff and Great Vets. No complaints 🐾🐾 This place stays busy and loud at times lol you must have patience.
