Went to the Boca Banfield office last month. What a great office! Super friendly staff and received a call from the doctor explaining everything that was done less than 2 hours after I dropped her off. Will definitely be going back.

Their online scheduling system doesn't sync up to the schedule in the office? My appointment for Saturday morning which I scheduled online was not registered in their office. I was told that it's best to call. Question to product/IT team- if the scheduler online doesn't work, shouldn't you inform customers and prevent users from creating appointments online until the feature is fixed? The staff and people are great but the convenience of an online portal only makes sense if it works. Please fix this issue.

We’ve been bringing our 12 year old dog here for the last two years and are very happy with this location, we’ve been to many Banfield’s throughout the country over the last 12 years and have loved all of them, very happy with all of the doctors and staff - they are great with communication and very good to our dog!
