Banfield Pet Hospital

Banfield Pet Hospital is my go-to spot for my French Bulldog, Blu. The staff here is absolutely amazing, and my dog loves them! I especially appreciate how promptly and professionally they address any concerns I have. They’ve ensured that all of Blu’s shots are done on time, giving me great peace of mind. The 24/7 chat feature on the app for emergencies is also a lifesaver. I highly recommend them!

First of all, staff was very good. We had to put pur beloved and aged pet down last month. They gave good care over the years and a great experience at end of life. I'm happy with that. Too bad they work for a miserable company. The 2 stars is for corporate who I had to call after the death. Do not sign up for any wellness plans. They are a rip off. They wanted us to pay $350 to finish the contract after paying for it over 2 years because it had renewed 6 mos. before. No savings or spent more over paying cash for the same services. Got it talked down to $165 after a customer service call, but this shouldn't have had to happen at all. I feel bad for the young vets and techs working there. I doubt the company is great to work for.

My 13 year old chihuahua loves the staff. They kept me updated on all tests for a fatty tumor he has. I could tell he didn’t mind having to go to the doctor for once! I also made sure to sign up for a new plan for him👍#mybabyiscovered

Dog got into some grapes….😔 Called around multiple places and couldn’t get my boy seen and one vet even wanted to charge me $95 just for talking to them on the phone, what kind of BS is that. Ok done ranting…. Called this location and they not only said to bring my dog in ASAP but they were very concerned and caring for him, even though he escaped when checking in…lol. They took him straight in did their thing with him. It’s been a few days and now he’s right back to his mischievous self…😂 Thank you Banfield Team, Adam and Judum

WORST VET TO EVER EXIST. Paid thousands of dollars for our rescue dog to be cured of heartworms. We were told that he was heartworm free. Due to our generally bad experience with banfield, we went to another vet for a second test. Our dog is STILL heartworm positive a year later, and the kicker is they won’t let me cancel the wellness plan we were forced into. If you love your pets, PLEASE do not take them to banfield.
