The vet techs are amazing and always so quick to take my dog to the back as she is dog reactive. She is usually an anxious gal but she absolutely loves the team. I’ve never had a problem with them and love that they have the drop off available so I’m able to do my errands or clean the house.

My puppy looks great. Thank you to groomers. Also thank you to medical staff for her recent surgical procedure. wAzuri is doing excellent

I scheduled online for an IN PERSON appointment at Banfield Pet Hospital (I have a screenshot), expecting to be able to be there for my dog's check-up and vaccines. However, when I arrived, the vet tech went over the reason for my dogs visit and informed me it would be a drop off and that she would call me after the doctor saw my dog and she was ready. This was quite frustrating as it was not communicated clearly and I specifically looked for an “in person” appointments not “drop off” and came to this location for that reason since it had an opening for that specific type of appointment. I dropped off my dog at 12:30 PM and by 3 o’clock since I hadn’t heard anything, I called to check in. I was than told that she wouldn't be ready for pick-up until 4:30 or 5:00 PM. This long wait time for simple vaccinations is really disappointing. I hope Banfield improves their communication and appointment scheduling in the future. Don’t list an appointment as available if it’s not.

I have been paying for a membership for my puppy for his first year. I was informed the shots and visits would be covered along with the neuter. Also stool samples once a month. However medication and other labs will not be covered. I scheduled the neuter and asked what I would be responsible for when it was taken care of so I would not incure extra costs. I was under the impression everything was covered since I asked and was told they would supply it. I went in the day of and was told the chip is not included. They take the balls out but leave the extra skin and if they do that he could get an infection so it's an extra $200 to cut and make sure there's no infection. (My dog is a bigger breed). Also the cone is $40 bucks ( I grabbed a doughnut off Amazon for $15) and the pain medicine is $20. I would not have spent $60 bucks every month if I knew the extra cost for neuter. Nobody told me ahead of time but waited for us to arrive ready to go. The people are sweet but I'm upset at the transparency of this.

Horrible service. I have taken my dogs to Banfield for years. It's impossible to get an appointment on the weekends lately. One of my dogs had a very concerning oozing lump on his side that was growing rapidly and was about the size of a small bouncy ball. We had to wait 2 weeks to be seen. They scheduled for a drop off appointment and called minutes after dropping him off because they couldn't get him into a kennel. Admittedly, he has been difficult due to this lump, but we never had an issue before. We rescheduled for the following weekend and we're told that we should have given him medicine to sedate him prior to bringing him in, yet it was never mentioned and no medicine was provided. They refused to even look at his lump, couldn't get a needle in him to sedate him and made us reschedule yet again for another week out. I ended up having to take him to emergency at 1st Pet because he had an allergic reaction, and the lump had grown to the size of a soft ball. Found out the allergic reaction could be due to the lump, they removed the lump a few days later and we found out it was a Mast Cell tumor. Which is very cancerous. We could have saved precious time with our baby, his surgery may not have been so invasive if Banfield had just done thier jobs! 1st Pet was amazing and so calming for him. They did everything on his terms and for now he's as happy as can be and acts like nothing ever happened!
