Edit: the first two visits I had were great. I just had a conversation with the person answering the phone about switching the antibiotics they previously prescribed and they said they recommend hospitalization with IV antibiotics. They didn’t even know who I was, what my pets name was or her history and they were recommending extreme measures based on my brief explanation of a current antibiotic making her nauseous. No conversation with a doctor, and zero conversation about any other options other than telling me they could make an appointment but they would still recommend hospitalization. How can you say that without even knowing anything about my pet?? Felt like a push for money honestly. So disappointed. (Here was my previous review from one week ago -This location is amazing! So caring and really great problem solvers! I can’t say enough good things about this location.)

The vets here are so friendly and really make my pets feel loved and cared for. They tend to stick to the scheduled appointment time, but my only complaint is they’ll book it as if it’s in-room, but that will depend once on site if the rooms are already occupied and busy. Although a bit pricey, their wellness plan really does help lower costs, especially with early vaccinations and tests. This site is pretty nice (since it’s in Dr. Phillips), and parking isn’t too bad.

AVOID Our experience this morning was extremely disappointing. I received multiple texts and calls confirming my dog’s spay appointment for 7:00 AM. We arrived at 6:55 AM, but by 7:30 AM, no one was there. It's baffling to me why they would confirm an appointment several times, yet have no staff available at that time. Very unprofessional. We were up at 6:00 AM to be here, waiting outside, and couldn't even get through on the phone. Another person waiting in the parking lot came out around 7:10 AM to tell us she didn’t have a key and that we’d have to wait until 8:00 AM. She explained that the “be there at 7 AM” texts were automated, not an actual schedule. To make things worse, she said she was being "nice" by informing us, as she wasn’t obligated to update us. Several others were there, too, with confirmed 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM appointments. All of us were left standing outside with our pets. It wasn’t just us—the delivery driver had a confirmed 7:00 AM delivery of medical supplies but was forced to stack boxes at the front door because no one was available to let her in. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for clients’ time is unacceptable. It was a frustrating and avoidable situation that reflects poorly on the clinic's management and communication. It was 8:07 and still no one has come. We have a line of 8 people and their pets waiting outside now. Insane Update: somebody finally came at 10after 8. We had the first appointment at 7am and were the first in the door. They called 10 names off a list prior to us to see if the pets were here and they weren’t. Then they took another woman who told us her apt was 7:45. As well as multiple others. We finally got out of there at 8:45am when we had a 7am drop off appointment.

We have visited this Bandfield Pet Hospital a few times and they have always been welcoming and receptive. From checking in to the front desk to the nurses walking sQooby to the back. I feel they are always very thorough and give good advice. I was squeezed in on the same day 2 days ago and it made such a difference and helped sQooby and I both. He was taken care of and I was able to continue my day without having to worry if I could make his original appointment. Thank you to all the hardworking staff ♥️

The worst insurance and the worst vets. I thought the one who was cleaning my animals teeth the one who was doing. Who I trusted! The one who did it showed me on her personal phone my animals teeth and proceeded to extract several of my animals teeth. Which was very concerned in my animal first time after being rescued from a rescuer that saved my animals. This insurance is the worst does not cover anything. This vet wanted me to be a specialist for my 5 year old animal. The first original vet was very clear to me and book the cleaning for her and didn’t get her. So period do not PURCHASE OR UPGRADE insurance bc a very lie. I would have paid anything for my animal. With so insurance I paid more and cancellation of insurance is not explained. I WOULD NOT GO EVER TO THIS COMPANY AND INSURANCE.I was new to the area and new vets and referred to from another friend. I would never recommend there services and this company. THIS COMPANY IS USUALLY AND A LOT OF MONEY!! I would never give them a star ever!PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY EVER! I work in an airline industry and don’t agree with this company or anything they push with the insurance that u still after to pay for after u canceled it. This company is the worst ever!!!! I think the reviews some of them tell you don’t go with this company ever! Never had a phone call from the company just a will let the one I brought my animal too. All I want is not to pay anymore for the next 10 months for my animal to have insurance that I will never use again from this company ever! Worst ever to work with or explain or keep and informed on about my animal. All the one vet kept saying giving him a probiotic and tried to sell me on Gabapentin after I said he does not take pills several times and still pushed them on me. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACES AND GET CON INTO THE INSURANCE!!! I can not say anything else the reviews and the experience with this company is the worst!!
