When I actually am able to get an appointment within a reasonable time, they've been great with my gerbils. They helped when I had a pair who both came down with respiratory infections. However, in the last couple of years, getting an appointment in a reasonable time frame is near impossible. Those who are pet parents of small animals know that time is of the essence when they become obviously ill. Even though I live in Greenwood, I've since had to start going to a vet close to Zionsville since they're the only other vet in the Indianapolis area that will even see small animals in the first place.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, and simply amazing. They take the time to get to know our dog so that they can provide the care that is needed. Every interaction we have had with someone from this facility has been good. It had been obvious to us that they genuinely care for our dog and its well-being. Making an appointment is easy. The option to be able to drop off and pick up later is very convenient.

Can never get an appointment if my dog has a problem. Having to wait weeks until I can see a vet? I had to go to another vet for my dog who was having a very difficult problem and pay out of pocket. My dog has a bad eye problem and I had to take him to Plainfield to get in right away. Greenwood can never see the dog and they are the ones who have seen my dog for years. I have the wellness package and am supposed to have unlimited vet visits but they don’t have any available?

Get rid of Dr. Hall he clearly doesn’t want to do the job he’s being paid to do. My dog Nala was a senior dog. Dr. Hall constantly reminded that she was a senior dog not that I needed for him to remind me. He chalked damn near everything up to her being a senior dog. With Dr. Hall being a senior himself. I hope that HIS doctors give him the same exact service and care that he gives our baby’s. RIP Nala I’m completely heartbroken and devastated by the passing of my baby. I’m angry and pissed off. Had the doctor actually done his job Nala very well may not have endured so much pain in her last year of life.

This place did not catch my dogs heart murmur. He was taken in for a checkup and they said his heart was fine. Within a year, we found out that he had a late stage heart murmur, found buy a non-banfield veterinarian. I would highly advise you not to trust these people with your pets.
