My experience was absolutely awful. My dog, Polly, died due to a misdiagnosis by Dr. Pedro Figueroa Rodriguez. They charged us almost $500 for tests that weren't even properly reviewed by a doctor. The staff is unprofessional, the service is overpriced, and they don't even provide accurate diagnoses. Don't go here!

The front desk staff was incredibly rude to me. On top of that, the prices are outrageous! I was charged $132 for a deworming test that came back negative! You can get the same services for much less at other clinics. Don't waste your money at Banfield.
