Honestly so happy I got my puppy with Banfield! Everyone seems so sweet and caring! Hermione did amazing at her first appointment and I feel so comfortable taking her here. I was a little nervous at first but they were awesome! The staff was very attentive and helpful with Hermiones health and all my questions.

Our vet tech was amazing… the vet on the other hand unfortunately was not. They throw absolutely everything at you to make as much money as they can. Extremely disappointed. Was told I wouldn’t have to pay a fee to see a tech on the phone w/ receptionist and did have to.

Usually a fine experience, however had a phone interaction with Jenny that was the worst! They told me my appointment was a drop off, so I brought nothing except my pet. They didn't need him to stay. I explained I closed my bank account that AM and had a new card number at a different bank. I needed to update on Banfield 800 number. Have you ever tried that??? It takes forever. Anyway, that was unsuccessful. Banfield office called this morning (literally the next day after appt) and threatened collections if I didn't pay the $66 by today. Are you kidding me? I've been a Banfield customer over 20 years and have had bills of hundreds etc. You would end all that over 20 hours old bill of $66???? She was so rude and dismissive. I did get card updated and called office back. I was told she already ran card on file, that I specifically told her would be rejected! I told office staff and told them to call me when it is returned (as I told them it will be). I cannot believe her arrogance most of all. I'm not sure if I will continue at Banfield now. Just really don't take a lack of respect, being talked to like that by someone 1/2 my age, very well. I hope she learns some restraint and customer service skills.

Shaking im so mad. Brought my dog in for abdominal pain at 9 am. They kept her for over 4 hours just to tell me we needed to transfer to an emergency facility due to a foreign body/obstruction- which was my concern (voiced) when I brought her in. All they did in 4 hours was X-rays and blood work. And took her out once an hour to get her to poop- very unsuccessfully. No pain meds. No fluids. Nothing to help her pass stool. They should have been upfront when I brought her in that if I had concerns for an obstruction to take her immediately to an emergency facility instead of taking my money and having her suffer for 4+ hours. Instead of wasting the entire day not helping her, she could have been treated immediately. Sad and poor excuse for vet care and will never step foot in this facility again. They’re out for your money, not the health of your pet

Just picked up my Labradoodle from them, I was quoted $188 for her care for ear infections. Total bill was over $370. Never was I told her bill was going to double. Ridiculous .
