We took our cat BooBoo back on August 1st to get neutered. The reason I am writing this review a bit late is because we wanted to let some time pass and make sure everything was okay with him. Everything went well. We had a very good experience at Baldwin Animal Hospital. We felt our cat was in good hands with Dr. Neal Saslow. The entire staff there is also wonderful. Thanks guys! We are very happy that we used Baldwin Animal Hospital for this procedure. Our cat is in good health and their prices are fair. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a caring vet!

Just had my first visit at the animal hospital and love it so much! The waiting room wasn’t packed. We were early so the staff let us hang in the exam room so I could let my cat out of the carrier. And the doc was SO thorough! We just went for a wellness check up and vaccines and everything went so smoothly. Every staff person we interacted with was super kind and informative. Highly recommend this animal hospital!

I initially had a positive impression of this vet, but after some recent experiences, I feel compelled to share my concerns. It seems that there may be a tendency to recommend surgeries that could be unnecessary, which is troubling for any pet owner who deeply cares about their animals. After seeking second and third opinions from other veterinarians, I was advised that the recommended procedures were not necessary, which made me reconsider my trust in this vet. It’s important for pet owners to feel comfortable and confident in their veterinarian's recommendations, and unfortunately, I no longer feel that way. I would recommend potential clients to seek multiple opinions to ensure they are making the best decisions for their pets.

Baldwin Animal Hospital is the best! The doctors are PATIENT, proactively asking questions about you and your pet and give you an answer with context. The staff is all super friendly, facilities clean and I have 100% trust in their abilities. We’ll be a long time customer!

I came into the hospital an was greeted by the staff. All went well. Then I was lead into a exam room with my dog Bella. Bella was nervous but the staff made her comfortable enough to get the exam with the doctor. I appreciate the work that was done . I know that a lot of people get scared because Bella is a Rottweiler but she is very friendly and minds her manners. Thank again Baldwin Animal Hospital. Renee & Bella Smith. .
