Aztec Animal Hospital

I took my cat here since I wanted to switch over to a family owned vet practice. (I work in marketing so I know they are all being bought out by private equity.) The vet and vet tech that helped me were very kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to do a thorough eval and answered all my questions. They were very honest about what vaccines I did and didn't need for my indoor cat and didn't push any on me or push me to do unnecessary blood work or testing. They did a visual dental exam and I was surprise how bad my cat's teeth were. My last vet didn't bother doing that since it's not easy and I had no idea the pain my baby was in. It really explains his bad breath, drooling, and why he doesn't eat much. They explained to me what is going on with his mouth and even gave me some low-cost options which I am SO thankful for since dental is not cheap. I'm very grateful I found this place and will be brining my baby back for his booster shots and any follow-up visits I need in the future.

I love, love, love Dr. Zetye and his whole staff! They’ve been warm and welcoming to both me and my bestie, a Chihuahua named Roo. Dr. Zetye was very thorough and took time to do Roo’s yearly exam and vaccines and answer all my questions and alleviate any concerns I had. The clinic also offers anesthesia free teeth cleaning which for us, is the way to go. A monthly mani/pedi is also always on the books and Gloria and Renee do a fabulous job handling a little 13lb wiggle worm that absolutely hates his paws touched, much less trimmed. I highly recommend Aztec Animal Hospital.

Thank you Dr.Zeyte and staff!! If I could give a million stars ⭐️ I would.. I unfortunately had to put my cat to sleep yesterday and they took me in last minute. My cat had terminal cancer and was declining rapidly. My cat is normally scared of everything. However the energy of the staff was so incredibly Calm and Peaceful. My cat Fred was not scared he was just so calm . This honestly was the most peace I could ever asked for. I felt like I was in a home and not a hospital setting. Dr. Zeyte took all the time in the world for us and rest my nerves and comforted me and my Fred… I am so eternally grateful to you Dr.Zeyte and staff to help me and my Fred through this difficult transition. I took one last picture of Fred and he was just enjoying looking out the window.

Always satisfied with the results of my Lola. Dr Flores is great as well as his staff. Wonderful ladies. Also when dr Flores is not available everyone is wonderful. Thank you

This place was amazing with my dog Mac he is a rescue who came home sick and they took such good care of him and made a speedy recovery staff is amazing and caring ( here is a little before and after a good grooming appointment for the veterinarian ) thank you guys
