The only vet I'll trust with my rats, they've always been so kind and knowledgeable. When I brought in a rat with an injured eye that I was certain might be lost, they went out of their way to have an assistant bring in their dog to donate blood used to make the medication that saved his eyesight. When I brought in babies, I was delighted when they asked if the other vets could meet them. They were the best when my first rat suffered from a brain tumor and I'm convinced their help bought him a more comfortable final year. But especially, I'm eternally grateful for their care when I had to euthanize one of my boys. They aren't the closest vet to my home, so I'd made the appointment with one closer for his comfort... And that vet wouldn't allow me to be with him as he passed, something they didn't tell me until I arrived. When I called Again & Exotic, asking if they could help, they made time for me that very same hour. It was a wonderful experience. The vet was incredibly kind and gentle, they played soft music and allowed me to stay with him as he was sedated and seemed genuinely caring. It was expensive at $300, but I did opt for cremation and the clay paw prints... They even included his tail print, which had me bawling on the ride home, and a card signed by so many kind souls arrived at my home later on. I also love that they can make appointments over text messages, I have horrible (embarrassingly so) phone anxiety and this has made my whole experience with them the most accessible, amazing experiences I've had with a vet in a while.

Excellent care, beautiful facility, and a wonderful and friendly team. Dr Toraason took great care of my elderly hedgehog. When Luna passed of old age, the care the team provided afterward was lovely. If I have another hedgehog, I'm returning to this vet.

I took my ferret there who was bleeding from the mouth and was told by the vet who i never even saw that she had a heart murmur and fluid in her abdomen, she recommended an overnight stay and a couple of tests that would have been fine if they would have done split payments or let me pay in the morning. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to see my ferret before I left, and then left her there alone all night where she passed even though she told me she was in stable condition before I left. She convinced me it was better for her to stay and she died alone and I never even got to say goodbye or hold her one last time. They also said they they would see out doing a refund. They gave me $82 back, that's all my ferrets life and my last moments with her were worth. She was 4 years old and was my baby, and no one was there for her at the end.

This place has done an amazing job! My very first visit, I ended up losing my rabbit at no fault of the clinic. She had a blockage and was too weak to survive intervention. They were so kind and compassionate. I went in for my second visit with my other rabbit and chinchilla. Everything went well and they handled my animals with care. They were very thorough with communication and were happy to answer any questions I had. I had my third visit for my rabbit to get spayed. I dropped her off at 8am and picked her up a little before 4pm. They kept me informed throughout the day and did a wonderful job. She was back to normal the next day. They even texted the next day to make sure she was doing great after surgery. I highly recommend this place!

The staff and doctors are super friendly. I was worried that my bearded dragon had a respiratory infection. I called on a Saturday, they weren't able to get him in that day, but fit me in on that Monday. They went above and beyond taking care of my Pancake. They live 2 hours away from them and I will gladly continue to use them for services. Prices are really reasonable for exotic animals. 😊
