The staff are amazing but the doctor is lazy and should find a different job, she is terrible with big dogs because she is lazy and don't want to try to make the situation comfortable for the animal. Should find a job where she only see cats and small dogs.

The staff is friendly and personable and cares about what matters most, your pet! That's why I wouldn't use any other veteranarian practice in Louisville! I have been taking my pets (past & present) here for 20 or so years, and not once have i been disappointed by the care my pets received. If you're looking for a veterinarian office that is friendly and truly cares about what matters to you most, your pet,then this is the place to go.

Glands still are swollen so Ill go back there,4 stars nice staff,but Toenails trimmed had ask them trim fur from.fert as that is part of toenail trimming.
