The people are so nice. From front desk to vets and assistants. Always enjoy coming here. They truly love dogs and are so nice to our dog, Ivey.

UPDATED REVIEW at the end. I switched from another veterinarian to the Auburn Animal Hospital because they show more compassion for the animals in their care. The highly trained staff are professional, and I put my trust in them to take care of any issue my dog might have. *** I spoke too soon about the quality of veterinary care. This place is part of a corporation, and therefore, they are highly focused on their profit margin. I visited this place on June 6th for my dog's ear infection. They cleaned his ears and sold me some expensive drops, along with instructions. The drops didn't work at all, in fact my poor dog's ears got worse. I went there today, and was basically charged for the same treatment and they called it an"exam recheck". If they had properly treated my dog to begin with, there wouldn't have been a need to go back 2 weeks later with the same issue. Also, when I was there this time, I noticed that the floors in the lobby and the waiting rooms were dirty. It's like they just stopped caring!! A word of advice, get them to tell you UPFRONT what your bill will be before they do any services. I should have done that.

Amazing techs and vet! Excellent recommendations for my female as she is a bilateral cleft lip and palate and my handsome (over weight but now on a doggy diet!) big boy. Front desk was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Arburn Animal Hospital is one of, if not the very best. The level of care, professionalism, and love that is shown by the entire staff is unmatched. Just took my two fur babies for their yearly visit, and it went great. The vet tech Madison Creamer was so friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything in great detail, like what each shot they were due for protected against. My two babies are not the easiest to deal with, especially my 85-pound American Bully. She was able to earn his trust very quickly so much, so he wanted to stay by her side the whole visit. My 65-pound American Stratford Terrier fell in love with her but was a little difficult when it came to the shots, and Madison held her to make her feel safe, and it worked. The vet was so great she explained everything that she saw and heard during the visit. None of them tried to sell me anything, just explained what small things they found and what could be done to treat them. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a great vet. Five star treatment all around.

Dr Hendrix took care of our Lydia. Everyone on staff helped. They were all very kind and I am grateful.
