Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital

I’m feeling very confident in my switch over to Aspen Ridge. The reception, vet, and techs were all stellar and listened to my questions, answered everything they could, and treated both my dog and I great. It made me so happy to see my dog visibly more comfortable in their care than at her previous 3 veterinarians. Their prices are fair, and there’s no surprise fees. Their vet was honest about what my dog needed and didn’t need which is a welcome relief. As for the cherry on top, I loved that the lady at reception let me know that they are always open for free “happiness visits” to help nervous dogs get more comfortable coming in the office. That’s above and beyond and exactly the kind of thoughtfulness I’m looking for. Thank you Aspen Ridge, I’m looking forward to coming back!

Not pleased. Had to call the clinic to make sure we still had an appointment as didn't receive a reminder call or text. Brought our new puppy in, saw a “stand in vet” who did not bother to introduce themself, spent 5 minutes with us. Vet did not listen to puppy’s heart, lungs or look in his eyes. Vet did not ask any questions at all- about diet, potty training or give any advice about future vaccines. I paid for stool sample and was told to “call back to get the results” as the “clinic was busy”. When I called the next day, I spoke to the front desk . The receptionist was kind and apologetic. Later when the the vet/owner called with stool sample results i was told “oh sorry, I will tell the temp agency about this”. Well, that doesn't solve my problem of poor and ineffective care, $140 spent with very little customer service. I don’t plan on going back.

Was a little disappointed, but it was a free visit. Reception was pleasant, but dr didnt really do anything to establish an ongoing relationship. I just got my dog from the sender rescue, no mention of heart worm test, no follow up check up.... i know I'm not very familiar, but that's what i go to the dr for. I am very disappointed in the service.

Aspen Ridge is THE BEST . Dr Taylor is in it to win it. She really cares about her clients and tries to find answers without resorting to the most expensive measures to take advantage of you. My dog fell very ill and Caroline and the staff always found a way to work her in to be seen in emergency situations. She has a wonderful staff and Golden is lucky to have this wonderful clinic. Dr. Taylor is amazing with all our dogs. She truly cares about our babies as much as we do. Typically able to make appointments when we need to and always quick service once we get there.
