Very smooth first experience. It was easy and straightforward to onboard them as my primary vet after finding out I would need longer term care for my cat after an ER visit. Clearly knowledgeable veterinarians. Compassionate, energetic, and attentive support staff. Everyone loved my cat, Dr. Jawn Watson. Thanks Dr. Tran for the great post-exam/diagnostics explanation. She went into great detail about findings, differential diagnosis, and options. She provided the pricing for options and her confidence in each direction, with supporting rationale. I left with a clear understanding of current and potential future care. Pricing was fair for the services rendered.

Jul 10, 2024 · Dagaen GolombI felt that my pets were well taken care of and the vet spent time answering my questions and made sure I understood what was happening before moving on. The tech who worked with my animals was a joy! She was attentive and very sweet to my scared cat! Dr. Carmellini was really nice to explain everything to me in such great detail and has great bedside manner. I really feel like they care about me and my pets :)
Dec 31, 2024 · Will SteacyAs an emergency vet nurse in the city I chose Art City as the primary care for our little Jellybean. They practice great, reliable medicine, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing, our kitten and I both love coming each time. Every single person we’ve met has been professional, kind, and welcoming. It’s obvious how passionate everyone is there, their love for animals radiates through and creates such a positive environment. I truly don’t think you can ask for a better primary vet :)
Jul 02, 2024 · Eliza VictoryI had a much better experience at my kitty's annual appointment this year compared to last year. Staff seemed more receptive to my questions/comments and were very understanding and efficient! I can't recall her name but the technician (?) who assisted me was wonderful. The doctor Amanda Carmellini was also amazing and super efficient doing the exam on my kitty. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Love how they have ample appointments for people who work until 5/can only come in on weekends and LOVE the cat only days (my kitty loves that too). Having the peace of mind that the urgent care is there too and they have all my kitty’s medical history is also a benefit. Edit: Forgot to add that I love how they send the invoice to your email right after you pay. Makes it so easy to save to my files and upload on my pet insurance claim (did it right when I got home from the appointment) And, this year I received an after visit summary which I loved. It must be a new thing as I don’t remember having that last year. Overall I think there have been great improvements in this practice since I brought my cat in for the first time in November 2022.
Dec 06, 2024 · Victoria WilliamsFront office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the waiting area was calm. I used to take my cat to another vet and the waiting area, with some many dogs and cats, was chaotic and stressful. The woman who checked me out (sorry, I'm terrible with names) got approval to give me an outdated discount. She took time to explain my CareCredit plan and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The vet spent time with me to discuss my cat's issues and mapped out a plan for treatment, given my financial situation.
