I lost my big boy Eugene yesterday, but the staff here are the absolute best. Lisa was there with me and Eugene when there wasn't time for anyone else to get there, I can't explain how above and beyond she went. She really made a huge difference, as did the whole staff. Dr. Aguilar also helped out a lot and made me understand what was going on and what I needed to do. Dr. Combs also took the time to stop by and she has always been fantastic and incredibly helpful. There's not enough room in this review to name everyone but Eugene loved every single one of you guys and y'all really are the very best. Eugene literally got excited to come to the vet and see his fan club and I refuse to go to any other vet. Thank you all so much!!

I can't tell you how please I have been with the service here. We owned a dog for 15 years and only took him to the vet maybe two times. We have two young dogs now and younger one was lethargic in anemic about a month back and we are not people that are going to spend thousands of dollars on dog health. HOWEVER, our little girl was diagnosed with IMHA and we are getting that treated now. Although it has cost us $1000+ (which I never thought I would spend on a dog-dont judge me) I am SO happy with the service received here. We have multiple appointments with follow-ups and after each appointment We get a text asking how she's doing. And it's not an automated thing where they don't respond if you reply. They actually communicate with me so when I have concerns and questions I don't have to go back in. They don't even ask me to go back in they just answer my questions. And give me advice and can call and refills. I know that they could require me to come back in for concerns but I appreciate this communication and saving my time. This location is not closest to my home, but they were available at the time I needed the appointment and I think I am hooked. Dr. Combs is my homie.

This practice is the most caring compassionate and humane vets - They really tried to save my little cat but she quit eating and I knew it was time to let her go. I love my vet. I have been with Dr Wise for over 8 yrs. That's c why I followed her to this location. But, this office has the kindest and to me, the most competent staff that I've dealt with.
