My dog had to have 7 teeth extracted and the vet was the best I've ever come across. Which is saying a lot...since I have worked as a vet tech at 8 other veterinary hospitals. They don't push ANYTHING on you. Less is more. Don't disturb things that are functioning fine. The people who don't appreciate this veterinarian are the people who want the vet that talks them off the ledge and fills their bags with prescriptions and an invoice of tests you didn't approve of, understand, and nothing was accomplished . Go here if you're intelligent. My dog is my world and I wouldn't trust another vet.

I Rate this place 0 Stars!!!!! This vet only wants your money & doesn’t care of the actual wellbeing of your pet. I came here with my dog after having to gone to urgent care prior with them telling us if he doesn’t get better within 48hrs to go to the vet & put him to rest. We went to the vet & said the dog looks like he has more life to live. He gave him some vitamins, an IV & prescribed some antibiotic & medication for appetite, since my dog was not eating or drinking at the time. We told them what urgent care recommended and they disagreed and said they are going to try other options first. Remind you- my dog was 15 years old & couldn’t even walk at the time…. Next day we had to take him to the animal hospital to put him down. He was vomiting after the antibiotics and couldn’t even stand. They put my dog through more pain within one day rather than having him not be in pain. AS I said in the beginning. They only want MONEY, they don’t care about your animal and the amount of money we spent to try to save our dog for the past few months. He didn’t even last till Monday & they told us to come back Monday to pay same amount again for IV & re-do it. Then recommended to come in 2 times a week for arthritis shots. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This vet has no communication skills and only cares about your money. the more they can get out the more it’s beneficial for them. took our dog there for a checkup after finding out from an urgent care prior that he has cancer and might have to be put down within 48 hours. he started feeling better even started walking. went to this vet, we were told they were going to only give him some electrolytes to make him stronger + get medicine to help him start eating again. without consent a medicine was injected for fighting off infections when we CLEARLY stated our dog was not accepting his antibiotics anymore and we just wanted to see if without his antibiotics he would be okay. the only reason we found out what they gave was thanks to the after the visit summary of what they charged us and low and behold a shot full of ANTIBIOTICS again. 24 hours later my dog was in a critical condition and had to be put down in the middle of the night at an emergency vet. we had our dog in a such a good state and after we left the vet they basically put him in unimaginable pain and critical critical condition. I have NEVER seen my dog like that.

My dog was seen by 3 different vets and none were able to diagnose her hypothyroid issue. VETS at Arnett Hospital were beyond great, my dog is on prescription for her hypothyroid issue and we see a significant improvement on her health.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is very kind. Dr Bergmann took us in last minute at the end of the day after showing up unannounced, stayed with us for an extra 30 minutes past closing, and gave our cat fluids during this time. He also included a B vitamin mix in the water and a cat treat at no additional cost. He was very patient with us and we really appreciate his time and extra efforts. Highly recommend this place
