The office was extremely clean it smelled good and it was clean... I did not smell one animal and they had multiple cats that roam freely also the staff was very friendly very informative and I truly felt that they cared for my pet as though she were their own. they also cared about my wallet and did not try and price gouge, gave me the absolute best solution for the money I had. My cat was touch and go the staff and I where definitely scared she would not make it That night. We even got a call first thing the next morning... just wanting to make sure or Ginger was good and made it through the night. we will be bringing all of our fur babies back excellent service excellent people.

My dogs Cali, who is eight years old and Pippa, who is six years old have been going to Arlington animal Hospital, their entire life. We signed up for the puppies shots for life program when they were babies and the clinic decided they will not honor it anymore after we were 3 days past due on their annual appointment. We had to reschedule due to my pregnant wife getting sick and nothing was mentioned. Even the year before they tried to pretend they didn’t know we signed up for the program and charge us the full amount. No time was it ever mentioned to me before verbally or in writing that they couldn’t go past the due date, and they lied and claimed that it was in writing, and when they went to look at the paperwork, they could not find anything about what they had mentioned. They figured I would bow down and pay for her shots but they ended up losing a 2 patients for life. Dr. Wynn comes off as if he doesn’t care about the dogs and only wants more money. Do your very best to avoid this place at all cost and send your animals elsewhere.

We have been with Arlington Animal Hospital for about 1 1/2 years after we rescued an 11 year old GD. With his special needs we felt it was better to keep him close to home for immediate care. What a mistake and error in judgment we made going and staying with them. They almost never answer when we call and never answer during off and emergency calls. It has taken 3 days to reach them and never call us back. They wanted to do surgeries on an 11 year old which does not make financial sense. Now we have reached the time when he is suffering and they will not call back. When we were in the office they said it wasn’t his time. When he can’t stand, refuses to eat for up to 3 days and cries when he tries to move then they refuse humanly treating him and to see what we live with daily. We will now travel 45 minutes to our regular vet for our other babies. What a disgrace t the vet’s field of expertise.

Dr.N, Kat, Caroline and Kristen are the BEST! (No offense everyone else Kristen you always make us laugh/feel better even in tough situations). The entire staff listens to your concerns, keeps your budget in mind as much as possible, works you in last minute almost always when there is an emergency (as there always is in this large elderly pet household) and truly cares about the patients and their patients people. 10/10 recommend. Will continue to be a loyal patient parent with Dr. N at the helm, thank you guys for all you do for us! ❤️

My cat stopped eating and was behaving strangely. I cannot praise the staff enough for their patience and compassion, they even stayed after 5 p.m. Friday for me to bring her by when she did not improve and seemed to be getting worse. So thankful for them and will be recommending to anyone I can in the future.
