Long overdue review of the amazing staff at AAH. Dr. Hagan, the technicians, and the front staff are the kindest group of people I’ve encountered in the area for my puppy’s care. At only 6 months old my puppy suffered from a very scary fracture that the team at AAH walked me through with such grace and compassion. They all treated my dog with so much love that she loves going there and has not an ounce of fear despite the traumatic injury. Even after her injury, the team shows the same care for her routine visits. I am super grateful for the entire AAH team!

They're friendly, helpful, and professional. They're great for routine stuff, and they have vets who can complete the paperwork you need to travel abroad with your pets, which is very useful.

My dog loves it here! Recently, we had an issue where my dog broke out in hives for the first time. I called AAH & spoke with someone who told me a doctor would reach out soon. I received the call later that night & got lots of advice & reassurance to make sure things went well! I really appreciated that, never had that experience with a vet before.

My service animal, Layla, got her paw caught in an escalator and had the paw pad ripped off, which left us in a dire emergency situation. Although there was no availability at this location, Lateasha's professionalism and empathy shone through. As a visitor from Texas, I was completely unaware of animal service and care centers in the area, which only made the situation more stressful. Lateasha went above and beyond, personally calling various emergency vet care clinics in the area to ensure my service animal received the necessary treatment. Her commitment and dedication were truly remarkable, and her actions spoke volumes about her empathy and genuine concern for both the animals and their owners. Lateasha's willingness to help in a critical situation was nothing short of amazing. She turned a stressful and frightening experience into a manageable one, demonstrating exceptional service and a heartfelt commitment to her work. Arlington Animal Hospital is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate professional on their team. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of top-notch veterinary care.
