Every person there was so kind and efficient. Dr Wilkins called with updates and results of all my cat, Hunter's, tests as soon as they were in. While it wasn't the outcome we were hoping for, she was kind and took care of our cat like he was her own. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Shout out to Gloria at the front as well as Dr Gardiner-who discharged my cat home-and Dr Jeroski who called with the final biopsy results. Also to Dr Siems who took time out of her evening the night before I brought my cat in to answer questions. Every employee there deserves a raise in my opinion. I have never been to a vet hospital-other than our regular one-who embodies efficiency, knowledge, and compassion all at the same time. Thank you so much for all you did for our family. Our boy is resting comfortably at home. Without your quick thinking, I believe we would have lost him last week.

Outstanding service from the first call to the discharge! My dog was attacked by another dog while we were on a walk, on a Saturday night. Luckily they weren’t super busy when I came in, and we got paperwork taken care of and were seen promptly (within reason - probably 20 minutes after we arrived, since her injuries were not severe but needed checking). The vet was very kind and clear about what was needed and they quickly got me an estimate of the costs. It did take about two hours for the procedures, and they messaged me to let me know when I would be able to pick her up in 30 minutes (which gave me time to get back, so she didn’t have to wait too long!). The explanation of the discharge instructions was thorough and they made sure I didn’t have any questions. Front desk and vet tech personnel were all professional and kind to everyone who came in. I hated having to visit an emergency vet, but they were great and if you need the service, I would highly recommend them.

All of the techs and the doctor were so kind and compassionate with my dog Sarge. There wasn’t any real wait and we were out and home in less than 3 hours. He is doing well and hadn’t had another seizure. He is a bit loopy and tired as he gets used to the medication. We will be seeing our primary vet on Saturday for follow up. Thank you so much ! First I want to start by saying that this was our experience and our point of view based on what we were going through. Everyone else’s experience may be different from ours. Our dog got into my inhaler in the middle of the night, at first I didn’t think any of it until by chance I felt his chest. His heart beat was - what felt like - a million beats per second. I got worried and realized he had inhaled some of the medication when the bottle popped open. I quickly Googled what to do in circumstances like this and found that I needed to take him in for care and quick. I found this place and went with it. From the moment I walked in, at 1 am, I felt nothing but support. Everyone was so caring and non-judgmental, given that I was a hot mess and worried sick that my baby was going to die. The next day was a blur for me and my husband. The doctor’s kept in contact with us, gave us updates and worked with us to make sure financially what they were doing was feasible for us but without compromising our baby’s health and well-being. We just picked him up yesterday and while he’s still tired from all that he went through, he’s good. We are beyond and will forever be grateful for taking care of our pup and saving his life. This is certainly not a place we want to go to but knowing there are loving, caring and selfless people dedicated to taking care of our fur babies, definitely makes us be appreciative of the work you do.
