I wanna say thank you to Dr. Stillman and her whole crew for helping out my dog on such short notice. We had an emergency surgery on the Dec 23rd and my dog is doing much better now. I believe they saved my dogs life as she is already much more energetic than she was before the surgery. Thank you so much for making time for us late in the day and staying longer to make this happen. Also thank you to the people at the front desk for taking it seriously and bringing it to the doctor's attention.

Please drive to 13th avenue and the entrance and parking lot is on the right. They are remodeling the front that we used to entering at. I volunteer here on Fridays. The staff is so friendly and take great care of your pets! Adoptions are back as well next door to the veterinary clinic!

Very kind, patient and understanding of the different reactions pet owners may experience when they have to surrender their pet. They printed me out a page full of "no kill" locations. Which took me from tears to a smile on my face. I was able to feel at peace knowing that he would be placed in another home.

Made an appointment online to get my dog neutered. Showed up for the appointment, check-in was easy and went smoothly. I interacted with 3 employees during the process and everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful (to me and my dog). Beware of the GPS - it took me down 14th Ave, towards the back of the building. The entrance is located on 13th Ave and it’s facing east.

They definitely need to come up with a better process for seeing animals. We waited about 20min, over heard staff talking about people who were there that were waiting for 2HOURS! So we left, got a text an hour later they were “ready for our meet and greet”. Current process probably contributes to why they have so many animals who don’t get adopted.
