We took my boyfriend's pit bull there and the hardest part was getting that big dog into the van to get him there. The staff and vet were very good with him and gave him treats the whole time. They drew blood and gave him a shot, but he was so good and he didn't even have to be muzzled. The vet gave a good recommendation for dog food as well.

My sweet Loki didn't make it first off but if your fur baby has cancer PLEASE READ. They at least tried when no one else would. If I would have known of this place and Dr Weaver a few months ago I feel he would have not passed away yesterday. Everyone else was giving him antibiotics, cut it out, nothing we can do let him go home and die. Not saying they can work miracles, which was what I was asking them for. They at least have some type of plan when it comes to cancer. Hopefully this helps someone reading this and they can save their fur baby. An not have to go through the pain of losing the fur baby you love bc of the hoops an wasting of time for a money grab like other vets did us that ultimately cost him his life. Its worth a visit in my opinion. RIP loki you are already missed

I have only had 3 encounters at this vet office but I appreciate each of them tremendously. I have a number of animals but this pertains to my CHICKENS. I have about a dozen, and love my girls like pets. Each time I have had an illness, injury or problem, I call Arcadia. I have been accommodated quickly each time with a prompt response. I am always a “work in”, but am seen within 20 minutes. My chickens are treated like the valued pets that they are, and Dr Kayler is helpful and kind. So far, they have all survived. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate this vet and her willingness to help all creatures. I found the prices very reasonable. 5 stars. Would give 10 if I could.

The lady (Susan?) at the front doesn’t appear to have any customer service or social skills as she is often very rude and dismissive whether it’s on the phone or in-person. Fortunately, the vet and the vet techs are very kind and gracious. If they hired kindness at the front desk then this place would get 5 stars.
