Our sweet 11 yr old shepherd became ill and we brought her here because our vet was closed due to covid. From the first call to this office we were impressed. They got us in immediately. Dr Rue and the entire staff kept us well informed as to what was going on and how Shiloh would be treated. We took our pup home and over the course of the week called in several times with questions. We were always given the opportunity to speak with Dr Rue who was concerned and informative. Unfortunately we had to take our furbaby in to be put down. Again the staff went above and beyond. We were even asked if Dr Rue was available would we prefer her and we did. Once everything was taken care of we were even reimbursed for labs and adaguan shots that were paid for but not used. We cannot express enough gratitude for all that was done to help Shiloh. Your compassion for us and her were more than expected.
