Welcome to Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic: Mc Kissick Jeffrey L DVM

Introducing Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic, where Mc Kissick Jeffrey L DVM practices, located at 1725 Harlansburg Rd, New Castle, PA 16101, USA. Operating within the Pet Hospital category, this clinic provides veterinary care services to the local community. The available information includes the clinic's name, address, and contact phone numbers: (724) 656-1798 and mobile +1 724-656-1798. However, detailed information regarding the clinic's environment, the full scope of its services, its specific features, and any promotional offers is not provided. The only additional information comes from a single, highly negative customer review, which presents a critical perspective on the care received at this clinic.

Due to the lack of comprehensive information, a detailed description of the environment at Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic is not possible. Typically, a pet hospital would include examination rooms for consultations, treatment areas for administering medications and performing minor procedures, and potentially surgical suites for more complex interventions. Depending on the size and scope of the clinic, there might also be separate areas for housing animals undergoing treatment or recovering from surgery, as well as diagnostic imaging facilities and in-house laboratories. However, without further information specific to Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic, these are general expectations for a facility within the Pet Hospital category and may not accurately reflect the actual environment of this particular clinic.

Similarly, a comprehensive list of services offered by Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic cannot be compiled based solely on the provided data. Generally, pet hospitals offer a range of services, including routine wellness examinations, vaccinations, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, surgical procedures (from routine spays and neuters to more specialized surgeries), dental care, parasite prevention and treatment, and potentially diagnostic services such as blood work, urinalysis, and imaging (X-rays, ultrasound). Given that the review mentions blood work being performed and steroids being prescribed, it can be inferred that the clinic offers at least basic diagnostic and pharmaceutical services. However, the full spectrum of services available at Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic remains unknown without additional information.

Features that might characterize Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic are also not explicitly mentioned in the limited data. Features of a pet hospital can vary widely and might include the experience and specialization of the veterinarians, the qualifications of the support staff, the use of modern medical equipment, the clinic's approach to patient care and communication with owners, the availability of emergency services (though not indicated here), and any specific areas of expertise the clinic might have. The negative review provided does offer some insight, albeit critical, into the reviewer's perception of Dr. Jeffrey's diagnostic skills and communication, as well as the responsiveness of the receptionist. However, this single perspective should be considered cautiously as it does not provide a balanced view of the clinic's potential features or overall approach to veterinary care.

Currently, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or special programs that Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic might provide. It is common for pet hospitals to occasionally offer discounts on certain services, such as vaccinations or dental cleanings, or to have introductory offers for new clients. Without any information from the internet regarding such promotions at Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic, local users would need to contact the clinic directly to inquire about any current offers or pricing for specific services.

The single customer review provided offers a stark and distressing account of one pet owner's experience with Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Mc Kissick Jeffrey L DVM. The review alleges misdiagnosis regarding nail trimming, a delayed and ultimately unsuccessful treatment for a severely ill puppy named Mojo, and a perceived lack of appropriate communication and follow-up. The reviewer describes a tragic outcome where their puppy died after being prescribed steroids and allegedly being told to continue the medication despite worsening symptoms. The subsequent interaction with Dr. Jeffrey, as described by the reviewer, further highlights a significant breakdown in communication and empathy, according to this account. It is crucial to acknowledge that this is a single, albeit very negative, review and may not represent the experiences of all pet owners who have used Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic. However, it is the only direct feedback available in the provided information and therefore must be included in this objective introduction.

In conclusion, Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic, where Mc Kissick Jeffrey L DVM practices in New Castle, PA, is a Pet Hospital offering veterinary services to the local community. While specific details about the clinic's environment, the full range of its services, and any unique features or promotions are not available, a single customer review provides a highly critical account of one pet's experience, raising serious concerns about the quality of care and communication in that instance. Local users considering Apple Grove Veterinary Clinic for their pet's care should be aware of this feedback and may wish to seek additional information from other sources, such as online reviews or direct inquiries to the clinic, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the services and care provided. Due to the limited and heavily negative nature of the available review, a balanced and positive introduction is not feasible based solely on this information. It is recommended that potential clients conduct thorough research and consider multiple perspectives when choosing a veterinary care provider for their pets in the New Castle area.
