Update: After posting this review I received a reply (see that below) as a professional reviewer for one of the largest retail companies, I appreciate the attention payed to reviews especially since this one hit close to home. I expressed that their policy and what this conveys to a potential customer was abrasive, not their service commented by them. I understand their policy is based on people not showing up, I appreciate the position that puts them in and feel it can be implemented in a better more approachable way instead of throwing up a wall to potential customers. They did mention that the website is being reviewed and will be changed. I would suggest that it be more straight forward and positive, including incentive and a message of prioritizing this customers guarantee to be served friendly and on time if that aligns with the business. Considering this interaction I see they do care and are looking to improve as every business should. I have changed from 1 to 4 stars. I'm just a regular pet owner, and reviewer of products and services. I am new to the area and looking for a reliable vet. Upon researching a little I came across something that may save you time and money. This vet Apollo North Animal Hospital has stated on their website that new customers can make an appointment but if you don't follow up with a call within a short amount of time to confirm and pay an $80 up front fee you aren't worthy. Plus if you do make the appointment after paying the upfront $80 fee, and don't call within the time or miss the appointment for any reason you forfeit the $80. Again I'm just a regular pet owner but as a new customer, right out of the gate I feel a "you're lucky to have seen me" vibe which usually comes with the "I'm going to upsell the heck out of you take your money, and you should appreciate me doing so" vibe as well. I feel like this is exactly why people should use the tools provided online before having a bad experience. I'm not saying don't use them (I sure wont) but be aware that this is a sign.

Always a good experience. These people genuinely care about animals and people. Yes, it's a business and should make a profit, but they're all about quality of life for my pets...and us.

Our dogs always have a ton of anxiety around the vet but they always make it the best experience possible. Every single staff member is incredibly kind and helpful!! Highly recommend :)

Great service, my daughter takes her dog to this location and they always work to meet her needs and what's best for our lovely Yeti, they are very friendly, gentle and caring. Also it's very clean, which is important 😊🐾🐾 I recently transferred my Toby from Apollo to Apollo North and so far had to bring him twice to see the vet. I'm very happy with the transition there's hardly any waiting before they call your name, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend 100% Apollo North Animal Hospital. Thanks ☺️

Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Doctors and techs knowledgeable and helpful. My newest dog Sushi was a sensation - she was initially scared but they loved on her and by the end of the visit, she was fine!
