This was our first time using ARAH and we care for our fur baby the same as our kids. And they were very professional and cheerful when we arrived. We appreciate everyone taking the time to answer our questions. Everyone was very friendly, from the front desk staff, nurse and Dr. Flowers. Because of Dr. Flowers attentiveness to our baby and the kindness she showed towards us during our first visit, made us confirm that this is the place that will care for our baby. I loved the way Dr. Flowers greeted our baby and made him feel comfortable. My husband really appreciated how everyone spoke to the both of us and not just focused on one person.

Dr. Randy and his veterinary staff are knowledgeable and listen to concerns regarding the well-being of your pet. The reception team has fantastic customer service skills and are always welcoming. The working hours are very convenient and the after hours support network is available in emergency situations.

I went in because an emergency with my cat. They were super nice and sweet with her. They explained me everything in detail and left me relieved after checking on her. The prices are a bit expensive but it’s worth it.

Wonderful experience! I look forward to establishing a long relationship to ensure my pups are kept healthy. Karen and Josie were wonderful. I can't recall the doctor that saw my pups but she was equally wonderful. I am very happy with the services so far!! From initial contact to get a briefing of the facility to the actual care that was delivered to my pups, everything was top notch!!
