The doctor and the entire staff were great with my dog. Sure, he's an easy-going greyhound, but they were all so sweet and gentle with him. Dr. Goldreich knew just what was wrong with his eye and what to prescribe to fix it. We were seen quickly and spent little time in the waiting area. I will absolutely take my dog back here.

Mar 11, 2025 · Evan J. PetersonThe whole staff was so kind. I always received very clear communication about my dog's issue, procedure options, admin stuff, all of it. Dr. Landry even used a whiteboard to illustrate my dog's eye problem and I found that very cool, and helpful for deciding on the best treatment. I really appreciate the care my dog and I both received!
Dec 20, 2024 · Reny RussellDr Landry and his team are awesome! They saw my pup for an eye ulcer that healed, but then wouldn’t stop leaking pus and crusties for 2 months. He and his team are super gentle, friendly, kind and I highly recommend! They answered all my questions and were very professional. Two things of note as I’ve noticed lots of other reviews that talk about price and appointments— 1. I will say it was difficult to get a prompt appointment as I did have to wait over a month or two to be seen, BUT when her injury happened I contacted all animal eye docs in King county (plus one in Olympia WA) and ALL of those places were packed for months. I think because the field is so specialized it’s just harder with a ton of demand and not enough providers in the area. This is not their fault! I got an OK from my PCP that it was safe to wait for the eye doc appointment here at Animal Vision, but if not would have happily taken her to the emergency department. 2. For transparency purposes, I paid ~$800 for the exam plus foreign body removal (and medications) as they found a seed of grass embedded in my dogs third eyelid. Pricey, but likely pet insurance will cover about ~$500 of this for me. While I understand the frustration with costs, ultimately my dogs health is most important to me and I believe that all responsible pet owners should own pet insurance, especially if they know their pup is prone to accidents. To own a pet is to also be prepared for accidents and injuries that may be unexpected! If I ever have another eye problem, I will for sure be bringing my dog to Animal Vision Center!
Sep 19, 2024 · Minju Julia HongEveryone at Animal Vision Center has been AMAZING and so kind to us and our dog. She had to have eye surgery to remove the lens. Dr. Landry has been great, so have all of the staff, from the front desk people to the assistants. Him and his staff thoroughly explained her diagnosis, treatment options, post operative procedures, billing, etc. They are very responsive if you need anything and you can text them pictures if you have any concerns. Highly recommend!
Sep 13, 2024 · LMHCherry eye approx $3500 - was told I would get a call by 1pm with an update. Nope no update and no one answered. Left work to drive over and check. They called while I was en route said she was not ready and they want to keep her for several more hours and I could not pay bill as they won’t ring her up until they are ready - like what’s the hold up? I also found out that my 5 pound dog was held last for surgery after no food since 0500 and was not taken back until 2pm. They refuse to give itemized quotes or bills which are required for any pet insurance (Trupanion) to even consider the REQUIRED pre approval - so I was unable to use the insurance I pay a hefty amount for. Overall this clinic is a money grab - shop around. And the vet was extremely removed during our office visit - not engaged socially at all.
