I absolutely loved this clinic! I would recommend to anyone with a pet. I took my cat today Saturday April 12th to get her dewormed and have a tick removed. My cat is aggressive and I let them know before hand that she will have to be sedated. Even though they knew beforehand they still tried to make friends with her and give her treats without sedation unfortunately in her case they had to, which I knew would happen. We had an amazing experience they was absolutely great with her and our vet tech Morgan was phenomenal! She made sure all our questions was answered and talked with me for an hour before I paid anything just to make sure we got everything covered yet only what was absolutely necessary for her within my budget! Morgan was genuinely a great person to talk to and I couldn’t brag on her enough!! Will be going back with our baby with any needs we have along with recommending this clinic to anyone we know!!

Super impressed with Dr. Morris and her team! When my dog Medli had a foreign body, they took care of her quickly and made sure she was comfortable. I could hear them talking to her and loving on her through the door. The veterinary assistants and CSRs were wonderful, and the workups are very thorough. Forever grateful to the people here!

One star for politeness. I took my sick pigeon in. I didnt mind the several hours of waiting. I would have paid anything for my bird to recover. I recieved numerous price updates. I paid the nearly $480 and they still had zero answers, not even a guess. They injected my pigeon with Panacur a dewormer leathal to pigeons and doves. This medicine is well known by vets and Pigeon rescues around the globe as deadly to these birds. My bird died within 10 minutes after getting home. The staff the circled wagons explaining in their bes so sorry sad voices outdated dosing guidlines to me. There must be hundreds of pages online and in books detailing the effects that are even worse on birds with larger livers like the one my birds had in the x-ray. I just miss my best friend. Im not leaving a scorchrd earth review. I took them a sick bird. They gave it the worst medicine for it and it died when I got home. If the dose they gave him didnt kill him then the five more they send me home with would surely have. Remember when you sign their concent form it could be your pets death warrant and legally you dont have a leg to stand on and you will be missing your pet aas much as mine.

My young dog was hit by a car and they were so sweet & compassionate. In addition, they were very knowledgeable! My dog lived and is just doing great. We are so lucky to have an urgent care center located in Middlesboro. Everyone was so very nice & compassionate.

The staff here are phenomenal. Being in urgent care most of the weekend is obviously not a pleasant situation. But, they could not have made it any better. They were forward and candid about every treatment, cost, and possible outcome. They even contacted UT for me and gave me all the information including estimates for my kitten. I want to thank Chloe, Jiji, Dr. Johnson and one more tech who unfortunately I am blanking on the name. They all were dedicated, caring, and respectful of my time. I couldn't recommend them more.
