Animal Medical Clinic has always been exceptional in service just wonderful people to deal with. I was hooked when Dr Rey Suarez was our vet and so sad when he retired, but of course happy for him and his family. Dr Lee took over as our primary veterinary doctor and we continue to be very happy customers. Only complaint is the rising cost of care but it is what it is…. Albert, Lucy, Bentley and Baxter love AMC……

The doctors and staff at AMC of Orlando are the best of the best. I never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. They have provided care for all my pets over the last 18 years and always exceed any expectation I have for their care. I know they are in the very best hands.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a veterinary clinic. I showed up for my sick pet's appointment, only to be told it was canceled because I didn’t confirm the day before. While I did receive a text, I confirmed it today at noon and was still told my appointment was canceled. We are all adults with busy work lives, and it’s unreasonable to expect everyone to confirm at your convenience. I made the effort to confirm when I could, and the appointment should have been kept—especially considering my pet is unwell. Your poorly communicated, inflexible policies waste valuable time and show a complete lack of respect for your clients and their pets. I made arrangements, traveled to your clinic, and was turned away for no good reason. Stop playing with people’s and pets’ time. I will never return and will warn others to avoid this place.

Loved our experience at our new animal clinic… The welcome boards with our names written on it was super nice touch. All of the staff was friendly and informative… Lots of love for my dog from everyone. Very clean and great decor as well! They had a nice selection of dog and cat food and treats as well.

Love them. Very knowledgeable, cheaper than other vets, and super time effective. I have two reactive dogs and a scaredy cat. It was embarrassing for me. But this clinic was super understanding. We had to get a rabies titer test done. All the other vets were saying it would take 6 weeks or 2 months to get back. Not these guys. It was maybe 3 weeks until they got it back. Absolutely miraculous. Can't recommend them enough.
