They did amazing with my blue tongued skink slinky, and it was way cheaper than I thought it would be for his medication, they showed me how to do his shots and everything they were nice and knowledgeable. I will be taking my pets here from now on! Definitely worth the hour drive!

Mar 23, 2025 · Leonna CurrierDr Campbell has been amazing while helping to care for my sick bunny, Twilight. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and very thourough. I had no difficulty getting scheduled in a timely manner and the office staff/vet techs were super great as well. Thank you all!
Feb 28, 2025 · amie laginessVery pleased with the treatment of my bunny. He needed a molar trim, which can be risky in a rabbit, and Dr. Marsh (who initially examined him), along with Dr. Lake (who performed the molar trim) were exceptional in their concern and care for my bunny.
Apr 02, 2025 · ShirleyMy cat had a 9:30 AM appointment this morning at the veterinary clinic Animal Kingdom of Ann Arbor. I had made the appointment the day before and when asked for the $70 deposit (fee to book the appointment) I unfortunately gave my credit card. However, during that phone call, I was NEVER told about any late fee… It was bad enough that they REQUIRED a $70 deposit for the appointment...but I gave my credit card and booked the appointment anyways. My cat is terrified of the car/vet and I had a terrible time getting my cat into the cat carrier before heading to the appointment and therefore was a few minutes late. I was almost to the vet clinic (1 mile away) when the vet clinic called my cell to see if I was still coming (9:36am) and I said I was five minutes away according to my GPS which would be a 9:41 arrival. Sarah, the receptionist on the phone, told me that there may be a late fee. I asked Sarah to please find out and let me know and if that was the case, I would turn around and not come back to that vet clinic. I didn't hear back from her in the next few minutes and when I walked in, I was told by Sarah, and Sydney the manager, that I had two choices: 1) to pay a late fee (and still see the vet) in which I never inquired on how much it was or, 2) wait until 11 o'clock to see the vet for no late fee (which was not an option for a cat who's already in distress). AGAIN.....IF I HAD BEEN TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT THERE WAS A "LATE FEE", I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE TRIED EVEN EARLIER TO GET MY CAT IN HER TRAVEL CAGE. I told them that they had lost our business and I'd like the records of my animals. They told me the records would be emailed. This entire scenario is more about principal to me than the actual cost of the fees. I have 2 animals that take to that vet clinic and I feel the way I was treated, especially when I was NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE FEE, is abhorrent, unreasonable and unfair. If they truly cared about animals, then they wouldn't charge a $70 pre-appointment fee (which is non-refundable) however we will be calling the credit card company to see if this charge can be reversed as well as any late fee!!! This is taking advantage of animals and the people who care for them. This vet clinic is more than 20 minutes away from my house and I would not recommend them, regardless of how capable the veterinarians are, the staff and their policies are not the norm from my experience and therefore I have already found a different vet clinic by my home that comes with rave reviews, a short ride and overall better fit for my fur babies.
Feb 14, 2025 · Alyssa ColmanI have been going to Animal Kingdom for over 20 years. During Covid I did not go out much so my animals did not either but in May of this year, I called to make appointments for them and that’s when they drop the bomb about needing a credit card for a down payment, I’m not really happy with that, but I got it back at the end of the visit. The next time I set up an appointment for my dog to get his teeth cleaned. I went on the appointed day And was told it was too late although it was the appointed time they said they tried to call me and they could not reach me. For this I had paid $200 down for the appointment so I had to reschedule and put another $200 down the first 200 was gone. I was totally pissed off even though I was there at the appointed time they had tried to call and reschedule and I never got the message so I’m out 200 bucks And I am really thinking about finding another veterinarian. I am quite fond of Dr. marsh As I have been seeing her regularly for over 20 years when she was just a little house on the corner before the farm and the kingdom came along. I have been looking into other vets because my dog Frankie has a growth in his mouth that I am worried about. After this appointment that I’m making, it might be my last. and it saddens me. This prepay policy is the main thing. I don’t like I don’t know when this started, but it’s not good for me. I have always paid for the services rendered and I’ve never had any other issues, but this one is the dealbreaker for me. Here’s the text I received from them for the teeth cleaning I was on time but they said it was too late. That they tried to call me and couldn’t reach me and then told me they don’t send text. But they do send text. I received three from them. When I made a new appointment they told me that I needed to leave another deposit I really like Dr. marsh and I thought that we were friends but the way it’s being run now it will be goodbye From me. Makes me very sad. Hi! Your pets have appts with us on Wed, Jun 05 starting at 9:00 AM. Please reply 'confirm' or call 734-913-0003 Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital
