I have had dogs and cats as well as a houseful of exotics. I have been to many veterinary hospitals and doing business with Northwood has been the most refreshing experience for our family. When you are in a veterinary crisis and need help with your animals they ease your stress with knowledgeable and practical care. The office staff is hospitable and patient. The office is so clean you wouldn't know you are in a vet's office. The pricing is extraordinary. I am so thankful I found Northwood!

I've been taking my rabbit, Bunbun here for a few years now and I honestly couldn't ask for a better vet team. The front office staff is always so welcoming and friendly and the vet techs and assistants are incredibly helpful and caring! Dr. Grennon is amazing and truly THE rabbit-savvy vet! He's not just knowledgeable about rabbits but he truly cares. He's so patient and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's clear and reassuring. I've never felt safer with Bunbun in their hands because Dr. Grennon and the entire team know exactly how to handle even the most wiggly hyper rabbits! It gives me such peace of mind knowing they're safe! What really sets them apart is how much they go above and beyond. With every visit and interaction, they show so much care and attention. Even though I moved 30 minutes away, I still make the drive because I trust them completely with my rabbit's care. I feel so lucky have found Dr. Grennon. He makes what could be stressful experiences so much easier! I highly recommend to take your rabbits/exotics to Dr. Grennon!!
