Animal Hospital of New Port Richey

I called them at 5 they said they closed at 6. My Chihuahua died suddenly ( I say suddenly but she was 10(ish)......and I guess time just, passed. ) they have never even seen her before , but the amount of compassion was flowing out the doors. I was on my way, 550 went to the wrong vet. I called them, they said no worries and they waited. I tried not to cry and hold on forever as I know after a long day everyone wants to leave work but they assured me it was fine and to take my time. They stayed 20 minutes after without a whisper or whimper. Absolutely incredible , I felt so good leaving my little lus body with them. It's not easy but handing her over to this staff made it a tad bit easier. I have not gotten her ashes back yet but I received a heartfelt card with a lovely poem. I hope to use them in the future for my other pups! If I could do 10 stars I wouldn't even have to think about it. Thank you, Victoria English 💕

Our precious Ivy-Grace Del Pietro had her first cleaning she is 4. Ivy came to us as a rescue. Poor girl had beginning stages of Periodontal disease. . She sadly loss a tooth. Thank you to all that calmed Mom & Dad nerves and cared for🐾Ivy. We have been with Dr Gail since 2018 would go no where else.Peter ,Donna and 🐾Charlotte.

Dr, Presley and her staff are wonderful. I started taking our rescue dog, Finn to Dr. Presley because our previous vet was too far away. Several of my friends recommended Animal Hospital of New Port Richey and I could not be happier! She is knowledgeable, thorough and takes the the time to explain everything. I never feel rushed. Sam always follows up after our visits to check in. The girls at the front are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!

By far the best vet I have ever worked with ..that's a key factor, that Doctor Presley and staff take the time to listen and communicate and do what's in the best interest of my cats. Staff is all very pleasant and efficient. Lisa, the vet tech, really goes the extra mile, and my cats adore her. Fair prices. Full service including grooming. So many vets in the area have gone corporate and are like factories. Extremely happy here.
