My husband called and told them we needed to get our dog fixed. They made us an appointment for september 5th. We arrived for the appointment on september 5th. They said we don't do spays on Fridays and rescheduled us for october 22nd. My husband calls them this morning and they don't have us down for a spay at all so they rescheduled it for December 5th. I don't know how our appointment didn't get scheduled twice but we will be looking for a new vet.

If you have cats. Don’t walk.. RUN away from this place. I had… and I quote “had” a 7 month old kitten who was recently spayed in January. Ever since till now, she had health issues. Wasn’t anything major, just throwing up. However, I love my baby & I want what’s best for her. So I obviously took her to the vet. Well they evaluated her and said that the only explanation was some bacteria was in her stomach from the spay making it upset. She said it could pass. Got the quote for the procedure to get it fixed. $200 for 2 SHOTS, on top of the other medication I was paying for. I’m a college student, can’t pay for that. So the alternative was to keep a close eye if she’d throw up within a week or two. She didn’t throw up, was all good. Keep in mind the spay was like January 20th, and the next vet visit for the current issue was mid-February. Well some days go by, here we are in March. She starts throwing up again. And I came home one day with her staggering this time. I called the vet IMMEDIATELY because it looked serious. Well she was evaluated the same day and was diagnosed with a lower-neck/higher-back injury. Never did an x-ray. Gave me medicine to help with pain, gave me instructions- you know… the regular stuff. Well 1 and 1/2 days in with the medicine. I woke up on Sunday morning with her having consistent seizures and being completely lifeless. I instantly took her to MedVet in Lexington where she later died. My baby died because of two Mis-diagnosis. I got a proper evaluation of my baby and turns out she was bleeding internally from her torso, which reached to her brain. The bleeding was being caused by an infection or disease which kept clotting her blood. They couldn’t figure out the disease because she was in such bad shape and every needle they’d stick in her soul just bust another vessel. However, all this just kind of connects on how BADLY they took care of my baby. If you want to prevent pain, grief, time, & money- go somewhere else other than here.

Our dog was hit so we took her here for care. It was understood we could not afford a lot. I was told $1200 with the fact that in a few weeks she would have to have her rod removed from her leg and additional shots which would be about $100 extra. We had to take her every week for a laser therapy. Then today, when we take her after me calling MULTIPLE times to ask for a price. They made us pay over $100. Pricing is not consistent, they gave us the option to pay for her surgery or surrender her to rescue. I love my dog but the pricing is unacceptable especially when you are told different price points and try consistently to get a price before agreeing to services. We will not be back and I am disappointed. They also vaccinated my dog unnecessarily; she received a rabies vaccine in August they gave her an additional shot even free seeing her tag AND being told she was vaccinated for it.

Great customer service to me, great value, scheduled follow ups, and most importantly they were compassionate to my 13 year old chihuahua for his many dental extractions. They quoted me a much more reasonable price than any of the other places I sought out, and they gave him medicine for pain. They explained the aftercare thoroughly to me. They truly have your pet's best interest at heart. I deeply appreciate the staff and highly recommend this business.
