Animal Hospital of Huntington is the best! They take great care of my dog, and their systems help us, as pet parents, track their care. We downloaded the app today, which also gives us points and coupons. They have an amazing groomer! Seriously, the pet groomer is the best! they sell pet food, toys, and fresh pet food. It's like a one-stop shop to care for our animals. O, and they have boarding, too. We never worry about our dog when we go on vacation. We love it and it's close to our house.

My dog had a lethargic and diarrhea situation for a month and finally had his appointment on Dec. 22. I paid $680 to do the tests to rule out if he has parasite. I expected them to call me for the lab results and medical solutions on Monday, but no call from AHHB. I waited patiently until Tuesday. When I called, the person was on the phone told me that there was no results came out and the vet was not in the office. I was so disappointed and hopeless that my dog still feels sick at home and I am having no solutions to help him feel better and his vet is out of office before Christmas the business closes off. I felt so desperated but the person on the phone felt no sympathy on the situation and my dog's sickness. The manager was even worse. She had already filled with a certain attitude against me when she approached to me. She disputed with me without any respects. She didn't have any apologetic attitude to what they should have done but they failed to support necessary customer service and followup call, which no caring about my dog's well-being. I've spent thousands of dollars in this clinic for my dog, should I deserve this unprofessional and disrespectful attitudes?

The crew knows my dog and is able to accommodate with his temperament. They are caring and understanding and I don't see myself going to another vet unless I move.
