I have been taking all of my animals to Animal HeathCare Center for years with full confidence and trust. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Dew are just amazing. The rest of the staff is beyond incredible. Amber, Sam, Keith, Olivia, and the manager Lindsay, go above and beyond at every visit. You can clearly tell they care more about the well-being of your pet than making money, which is hard to find these days. You’ll never feel like a number waiting to be seen at this office. I would highly recommend this office for all your fur babies.

Have been using them for years and was always happy; however, today, after a follow up w my dog, doing exactly what I was told to do, the doctor not only denied I was told what I was told but offered no apology for her assistants negligence, instead quipped "well he's no longer w us". In response to the response below: First of all I'm not an idiot and when the doctor was literally standing in the room while this employee told me "not to put anything in his ear" she had every opportunity to correct him. So let's get this straight your excuse is ignore the assistant, ignore what's written on the first page, ignore what's written on the bottle and search through the doctors notes for something I don't have to do when it was simply two set instructions? 1) 8 drops in each ear for ten days 2) an aloe flush once a week then "wipe dry" (w being told put nothing in his ear) as told by assistant and written two other times in paper work and label? Then after speaking w doctor he actually admitted nowhere in her notes did it say to use gauze or tissue wrapped around my finger to clean out his ears like it does this time. In fact you said(paraphrasing), so she didn't feel you had to do that the first time. Exactly. We are in agreement on that. She is the one denying her own instruction. You confirmed I was right. Lastly we look at this very different, you claim 7 years of care, albeit that's true, but it wasn't "given", it was paid for, so I look at it as 7 years of patronage from the person who must speak for their pets, administer the care and love them dearly, and therein lies the problem. Thank you for proving my point. The doctor made me feel like an idiot and bad parent for doing exactly what she said to do, according to YOU!

I take our dog Tally for grooming once a month. The staff is probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are friendly and professional, but most importantly they make Tally feel comfortable. Dr. Mark Dew is also Tally's vet so they take care of her when needed. Mark is the best vet you'll ever meet. His level of caring, while employing great common sense, is the best there is. His office staff, especially Olivia and Amber, make each appointment easy. And last, there is an older lady, whose name escapes me, that handles Tally's baths and she is a star. She treats Tally like gold and Tally loves her. If you need a vet, there's not a better one to be found.

I've been going here a few years and am very happy with the service. Dr Dew & his staff are excellent, extremely thorough in their exams, and empathetic in their approach. Getting appointments is easy, convenient, all medical offices should run this smoothly

Dr. Dew has been my pets veterinarian for over ten years. I can say he is by far the most caring and intelligent veterinarian. That is why I trust him with my two dogs and my cat. I would give him more than five stars if I could. If you care about your fur babies he is the one to go to.
