The best animal clinic I have ever been to. HANDS DOWN. The staff are exceptionally caring and considerate of the animals and their owners. It is clear they genuinely LOVE and enjoy animals. I took my 50lb pit bull girl in, and the gentlemen there was talking to her, petting her, just loving on her the whole time. The vet was very fast, gentle, and gave me so many good pointers. I feel very lucky to have this clinic in my community. I can’t thank you guys enough!!

We were new to the area and I scheduled my dog for a neuter. They do not allow you to schedule it saying They are so busy so they did not have their September schedule yet. They had me schedule his preop appointment for mid august and said they would call to schedule his neuter. They never called. At the visit I asked to schedule his neuter but the woman at the front desk is horrendously rude and all she said to me was only one doctor does surgeries we will call you and he told me he needs two shots before then. Still never heard from them called today two weeks later to get his results and schedule surgery since September is approaching, she pulled the wrong file for the wrong animal, could not answer why I was never called with his results and offered me one appointment time on 9/30 that did not work with our schedule nor did she schedule his vaccines. She acted like I was a problem asking for his vaccine appointments questioning his record, as she has no record of his vaccines when I provided them at the initial visit. She was so rude at the visit and on the phone I decided this vet is not getting our business. I asked to be emailed his test results and she told me she can only mail them. What a shame. Call your patients with results timely, schedule appointments timely; and train your front staff to be competent if they can’t, they should at least be kind.

Dr. Steven Zimmerman is extremely qualified and will engage in an in-depth conversation concerning your pet whichever species your pet might be. Iterestingly, a Dr. of veterinary medicine is more qualified for healing than a doctor that just deals with the human species. Veterinary doctors deal with multiple species and their physiologies. Hands down the nicest efficient, compassionate fastest place ever. I was able to book a same day appointment and get my dog stitches all done in one day. Everyone was so nice welcoming and handled my dog with care. I highly recommend

Would highly recommend this office. I've been taking my dog here for a few years now and have always found the doctors and the office staff to be very knowledgeable, accomodating, and very nice as well.
