Animal Eye Specialty Clinic - West Palm Beach

We've been going for annual check-ups for dry eye and cataracts since 2018, and really appreciate the service at Animal Eye Specialty. Part of our daily routine is giving eye drops for dry eye twice a day, and that simple maintenance has paid off over the years, keeping the eyes in good shape. The DR here repaired a tear in my Baby Cat’s 3rd eyelid (a wound she received from a crazy stray) in (and I’m not at all kidding) 3-5 minutes tops. They even worked us into their schedule earlier than they originally wanted to because of the emergency nature of the wound, and then we get the bill…… And it was unbelievably low, way lower than I thought it would!!! I was blown away! Thank You!!

Thank you guys for helping my baby, Jenna. I was very nervous about the removal of my elderly cat's eye because I had a fear of her undergoing surgery. However, the team at this facility did a fantastic job in quelling my fear and anxiety and provided my baby with the best care. My aging boston terrier needed a very experienced and highly skilled eye specialist. My dog had injured her eye several times over the years and developed cataracts. But she needed very capable hands when she got her eye scratched by another dog, because she couldn't open the eye from the pain. Under Dr. Carastro's care, my dog's eyes healed well. We were impressed how fast our dog's eye healed, because we had an eye specialist for her that wasn't as hands on or as interested in saving her eye. My dog's scratched cornea healed within 2 weeks with Dr. Carastro's care. We went with what she suggested and followed her instructions at home (very important, as our dog hated the eye meds and the cone). I am so grateful to Dr. Carastro and her wonderful staff for taking good care of my energetic but aging pup! Because they were next door, we started seeing Dr. Keppel for allergies. Dr. Keppel also takes good care of my high maintenance boston who is allergic to grass, pollen, and chicken. I didn't even know dogs have allergies, let alone to the most common things. Again, following instructions at home as well as cytopoint injections have kept my boston's allergies at bay. Thank you to Dr. Keppel and to the amazing staff at his office!
