Couldn't be more happier with the care and treatment given to my dog. They had to do emergency surgery to remove an infection caused by a feral cat scratch. The next day, the dog and this owner are doing fine. Highly recommend this service if you have an emergency requiring prompt care. Kudos to all the staff.

May 20, 2025 · Paul EspositoI found a stray cat with an injured leg and a high fever, so I brought him to the Animal Emergency Center (AEC) of Kileen. From the second we areived to the AEC this stray cat was treated with care and respect and not just as another stray from the receptionist to the Vet. The KEC saw him immediately and did only what needed to be done avoiding a high bill. The stray, now name Andy, is almost fully recovered and starting to play. Thank you to all the staff at KEC. One more stray gets to live.
May 16, 2025 · sky THad to bring my (probably overly dramatic) baby in after somehow hurting his paw. The staff were all very friendly, understanding, and patient. My boy is cautious around males and the staff took that into consideration and tried to make him as comfortable as possible. Everyone was transparent with costs before adding another service/cost, and the price wasn’t bad for an emergency vet (in my opinion). I greatly appreciate this clinic and them helping us.
Jan 16, 2025 · Myra MenschThe Animal Emergency Hospital. Took care of our Pit and had hives from head to toes. The service is outstanding. We had to put our 15 yr old English Black Lab he was a great loyal partner for my Daughter. She took it hardest. The staff was very supportive and told my daughters to take as long as she needed. We had Negrito cremated and paw print. Thank you for the service.
May 12, 2025 · Patricia Guardiola-RomanOr visit in was stressful but we had a very sick cat and worried cat parents. With that being said we were treated very kindly and we were happy with how the staff handled us and our baby. This is an emergency vet clinic so don't walk I expecting not to pay but we'll worth giving our cat the best shot we could and I feel like they helped us do that as well as could be done considering our circumstances. Thank you for being a thing and for being there for us when we needed help
