I had a great visit here with both my cats, I originally came in with just chili (small cat on the left) for a kitten check up and everything was great! They said she was healthy and told me the prices of everything so I wouldn’t be surprised at the end. It was very affordable. I then brought Ophelia in (cat in hammock) because she had a sore near her eye that I thought was suspicious, and they plucked some hair to determine if it was ring worm and she didn’t seem upset when I got her back from that, in fact she was calmer on the way home after the visit. Overall a wonderful experience and everyone from the receptionist to the vet were exceptional and I will be coming back and recommending to all my friends

The minute you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff is friendly, caring and always willing to help. Dr. Farrell is amazing with my fur babies, he is never in a rush, very caring and knowledgeable. Takes his time and makes sure I have a complete understanding of my fur babies ailments. I have referred several friends and everyone loves the staff and the Doctors. They truly care about our fur babies!

We are is happy to be working with Dr. Farrell again. He is worth the hour drive to see; it’s hard to find a vet you trust and we certainly trust Dr. Farrell with our fur-babies. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable as well and kind. Ashleigh made sure we had all the information we needed from our visit. There was not a wait at all with our appt. Scheduling was a breeze. I highly, highly recommend this vet office.

You did euthanasia for my cat Princess, my best friend, yesterday. I am deeply devastated and absolutely heartbroken. My cat suffered, in both physical pain and immense emotional distress, this was the worst euthanasia experience I have ever heard of. It felt inhumane, and was not peaceful or painless. She suffered more during this hour than she was when she was alive still. It was not quick either. My best friend ended up scared of me running away from me in her last memories for what I let these people do to her. She was terrified and traumatized. I will never forget her sounds of suffering she experienced because of this. Her face terrified and agonized. All could have been avoided with proper communication, care, proper handling, competency, and professionalism. I do not believe she was even physically ready yet for euthanasia that day, based on her quality of life chart I was closely following, and spending all day with her happy loving self, but they did not evaluate her or ask about how she had been doing to see if she was ready, and I have learned afterwards she still should have definitely had at least few more days before she would be ready for euthanasia. She was rolling around on my carpet purring with me right before they got there. I can’t even share all the details because it is too painful to type out. My biggest regret, I am absolutely gutted

10/17/24 - This office is the best; I highly recommend them for your fury friends. Dr Amanda Tromepeta, nurse Gaby and entire staff are super friendly, caring and informative on all details. Took our 14yr cat Cario for a 6-month checkup on his kidney disease causing bouts of constipation followed by painful fecal release. Removed treats and added a hydration supplement based on prior visit recommendation. His tests showed good improvement and since this visit, we are seeing a healthier and his old self. I won't take Cairo or his sister Halie anywhere else!
