Apr 06, 2025 · dana hardenWe recently adopted a pup here and have been totally satisfied with the experience. This is our first dog rescue, our other dogs were all purchased through breeders or pet stores. Communication has been great, we got to see the dog before deciding and it was a great touch leaving us in the room alone with the dog so that we could discuss things privately before committing. These decisions shouldn't be taken lightly and the seriousness about the well being of the animals they care for is clearly evident. Fees have been very affordable and dates and rates for future care have been established beforehand. This clinic provides for a great avenue to become a first parent or a once again parent as they do an outstanding job setting up new parents for success.
Sep 17, 2024 · Eric MuellerI have been bringing my cats to this practice for years. I have always experienced competence, kindness and compassion. They are like an extended family. We recently adopted a puppy who just had a leg amputated. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this practice for your pets. ❤️
Jan 27, 2025 · Lore HigginsDr. Golovyan was fantastic in helping us find the perfect puppy. She allowed us to visit on short notice, gave us ample time to bond with the puppy, and is always available to answer any questions. We’re so grateful!
Jan 27, 2025 · Susan FrancisI am heartbroken and furious about the treatment my 4 year old dog, Abbott and I received at this clinic. For months, we voiced concerns about his health, only to be dismissed repeatedly and assured that everything was fine. It wasn’t until Abbott became lethargic and could hardly move from their floor that they finally decided to run further tests. By then, they discovered a mass in his chest larger than his heart. Even during this devastating news, the clinic showed no sense of urgency or compassion. While I was fighting back tears, the vet was giggling behind the front desk. Their “best advice” was to take him home because he was “stable enough” and wait two days for a chest CT—or take him to the hospital, where they suggested we’d likely hear the same thing. We took Abbott to an emergency vet hospital and he was diagnosed with stage 4 mediastinal lymphoma that same day. He went into septic shock and respiratory distress shortly after and wasn’t strong enough for treatment. This illness didn’t come out of nowhere. Abbott had been showing symptoms for months— rapid weight loss, lethargy, increased thirst, abnormal behaviors such as pooping and peeing in the house - symptoms that were dismissed by not one, but two vets at this clinic. Their negligence and lack of care cost Abbott his life and robbed us of the time we could’ve had if he was able to start treatment sooner. I trusted them to provide the care he needed, and they failed us in the worst way possible. If you love your pets, I urge you to find a clinic that listens to your concerns, takes them seriously, and treats both you and your animals with the compassion and urgency you deserve. If you want to see yourself the lack of compassion this clinic has, look at the owners patronizing back handed responses to the 1 star reviews.
